Generosity - The virtue that transforms lives
Cordial greetings to members of the Emotions & Feelings Community, joining to the socialization and sharing of experiences in the distinction and preponderance of interaction. I have read with intentionality and attention, the update of the guidelines and criteria established by the community, feeling attracted by the spacious opportunity that dispenses their topics and thematic territories. I hope to start with what has been established and referred to in your rules, in case the opposite has occurred, I would appreciate the notification as soon as possible, in order to make the necessary corrections and adjustments in an expeditious manner.
Everyday life in my journey is the heterogeneous ecosystem that in its transcomplexity provides me with inputs through its dissimilar stimuli, favoring opportunities for novelty and discovery. It is to live, transit, and converge in experiences and life stories, which may or may not be interconnected in their approach with mine. Nevertheless, they are experiences that imbibe and nourish my path, favoring balance or sometimes conjugating imbalance, which will be peremptory to counteract.
It is up to me to decide whether to stagnate or, on the contrary, to instigate every day, as an inexhaustible source of inspiration, recomposing and transforming my world of life, taking advantage of the goodness and savoring the dynamism day by day, allowing myself to be seduced and enraptured by its charms, like the sublime halo that envelops me and permeates reality, which I perceive, feels and accept, to give meaning to my purpose.
It is in the interaction with otherness, hatching in its interweavings, where I find the relevant ones that temporize my values and virtues, to honor, fortify, and vivify them with others, involving in it the assiduous processes of unlearning, learning, and relearning. For this dissertation, I bring a look among many others, to generosity, as that quality that adorns and consents my humanity in permanent construction, a virtue that fills me with well-being in the interconnection and linking with others, harmonizing my complex and tangled ipseity with alterity.
I transit in generosity in many ways, such as giving and releasing my positive energy with a smile and a warm greeting to my fellow human beings in my daily encounters, wherever I go or wherever I am, even if there is no response. Likewise, in concomitance, there have been circumstances in which I have offered my patience, tolerance, and time to those who have needed it, to my loved ones and friends, to help and assist in the event that disturbs harmony. On other occasions I have been generous in being an understanding confidant, offering my prolonged silence, without judging or qualifying, only to listen and accompany, favoring unburdening and alleviating anxiety.
I am especially generous in my affections and my actions with my patients, I like to be attentive and expressive with them. Although I am almost always on the opposite side, I have felt and suffered at some point from the disease, experiencing anxiety and its aftermath. I know these are contexts where you yearn for affection, attention, and understanding. For that reason and more of my patients, I give them time, knowledge, and resources according to my possibilities, so that they strengthen in the recognition of their worth, being tolerant and hopeful in the process of recovery of their health.
I am generous with myself because I love myself and I recognize myself in my values, with my virtues and defects, which I do not get used to, so from understanding and love I work on them assiduously. I try to be generous with my style and my environment, promoting wellness from the healthy, and being very attentive to the signs and expressions of my body and my mind. I instigate and provoke good moments, a refreshing rest, a good dinner, an exquisite and pampered bath, enjoying without waste spaces of joy, comfort, and happiness in the company of my loved ones.
Generosity in my life is the endorsement that strengthens my attitude, in giving as a spacious and dilated action, expressive of different representations, I feel and perceive it as any management and task that involves giving to others and themselves, what is required or needed without expecting gratification. I am generous and I like to be generous, it is an imprint that details my essence and it is part of my wild cards as an attitude toward life, it is powerful in its impact and beneficial to my physical and mental well-being, because it strengthens my self-esteem, stimulating and increasing my thoughts towards positive emotions and in derivation to my feelings, it grants me happiness and transmutes my life in prosperity with that of others. Generosity is definitely the virtue that transforms lives.

Generosidad - La virtud que transforma vidas
Cordiales saludos a los miembros de la Comunidad Emotions & Feelings, sumándome a la socialización y al compartir experiencias, en la distinción y preponderancia de la interacción. He leído, con intencionalidad y atención, la actualización de los lineamientos y criterios establecidos por la comunidad, sintiéndome atraída por la espaciosa oportunidad que dispensan sus tópicos y territorios temáticos. Espero iniciar con lo establecido y referido en sus normas, en caso de que haya ocurrido lo contrario, agradecería la notificación a la brevedad, a fin de realizar las correcciones y ajustes necesarios de manera expedita.
La cotidianeidad en mi recorrido, es el ecosistema heterogéneo que en su transcomplejidad me provee insumos a través de sus disímiles estímulos, favoreciendo oportunidades para la novedad y el descubrimiento. Es vivir, transitar y confluir en experiencias e historias de vida, que pueden o no interconectarse en su aproximación con la mía. No obstante, son vivencias que embeben y lactan mi camino, favoreciendo el equilibrio o conjugando a veces al desequilibrio, el cual será perentorio contrarrestar.
Está en mí decidir, si estancarme o, por el contrario, instigar lo cotidiano como fuente inagotable de inspiración, recomponiendo y transformando mi mundo de vida, aprovechando las bondades y saboreando el dinamismo del día a día, dejándome seducir y embelesar por sus encantos, como el halo sublime que me arropa e impregna la realidad, que percibo, siento y acepto, para dar sentido a mi propósito.
Es en la interacción con la otredad, eclosionando en sus entretejidos, donde encuentro los atinentes que temporizan mis valores y virtudes, para honrarlos, fortificarlos y vivificarlos con otros, involucrando en ello los asiduos procesos de desaprender, aprender y reaprender. Para esta disertación, les traigo una mirada entre tantas otras, a la generosidad, como esa cualidad que engalana y consiente mi humanidad en permanente construcción, virtud que me colma de bienestar en la interconexión y vinculación con los otros, armonizando mi compleja y enmarañada ipseidad con la alteridad.
Transito en generosidad de muchas maneras, dando y liberando mi energía positiva con una sonrisa y un saludo afectuoso a mis congéneres en mis encuentros cotidianos, a donde vaya o donde me encuentre, aunque no haya respuesta. Así mismo, en concomitancia, han existido circunstancias en las que he brindado mi paciencia, tolerancia y tiempo, a quiene lo ha necesitado, a mis seres queridos y amigos, para coadyuvar y asistir en el evento que desajusta la armonía. En otras ocasiones he sido generosa al ser una confidente comprensiva, dando mi extendido silencio, sin juzgar ni calificar, solo para escuchar y acompañar, favoreciendo el desahogo y aliviando la ansiedad.
Soy especialmente generosa en mis afectos y en mis acciones con mis pacientes, me gusta ser atenta y expresiva con ellos. Aunque casi siempre estoy en el lado opuesto, he sentido y padecido en algún momento la enfermedad, experimentando la ansiedad y sus secuelas. Sé que son contextos, en los que anhelas desaforadamente cariño, atención y comprensión. Por eso y por más a mis pacientes les doy tiempo, conocimientos y recursos según mis posibilidades, para que se fortalezcan en el reconocimiento de su valía, siendo tolerantes y esperanzados en el proceso de recuperación de su salud.
Soy generosa conmigo misma, porque me quiero y me reconozco en mi valor, con mis virtudes y defectos, a los que no me acostumbro, por lo que desde la comprensión y el amor los trabajo asiduamente. Procuro ser dadivosa y próvida con mi estilo y mi entorno, potenciando el bienestar desde lo saludable, estando muy atenta a las señales y expresiones de mi cuerpo y de mi mente. Instigo y provoco buenos momentos, un descanso renovador, una buena cena, un baño exquisito y consentidor, disfrutando sin desperdicio de espacios de alegría, confort y felicidad en compañía de los míos.
La generosidad en mí vivir, es el aval que afianza mi actitud, en el dar como una acción espaciosa y dilatada, expresiva de diferentes representaciones, la siento y la percibo como toda gestión y quehacer que involucra dar a otros y a sí mismos, lo requerido o necesitado sin esperar gratificación. Soy generosa y me gusta serlo, es una impronta que detalla mi esencia y forma parte de mis comodines como actitud ante la vida, ella es poderosa en su impacto y beneficiosa en mi bienestar físico y mental, porque fortalece mi autoestima, estimulando y acrecentando mis pensamientos hacia emociones positivas y en derivación a mis sentimientos, me concede felicidad y transmuta mi vida en prosperidad con la de otros. Definitivamente, la generosidad, es la virtud que transforma vidas.
