There is no other satisfaction in life than for us to be Happy. That state of being happy makes life meaningful and living valuable. According to facts, A happy man tends to live long, while a sad man has a short life. Happiness energizes us to have a meaningful and joyful.

I personally don't joke with experiences and things that make me happy. Happiness comes with safety, contentment, comfort, and a feeling of belongness. Life in Nigeria has been tough, but that does not stop me from being happy. I know not being happy can affect my way of thinking and give me unrest, but I just have to set aside every trauma and pain around me, for my mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and “To be happy” comes first. I make sure to Encourage everyone around me to always be happy, regardless of whatever we go through. Happiness is the vital key to a healthy lifestyle.
We all have our major source of happiness. Below are some of my major sources of happiness.
Food
My happiness is mostly motivated by Food and Movies. I remember getting into a fight with my girlfriend, and it almost even led to the exchanging of words, later that evening I saw a full table of one of my best meals waiting, immediately I lost composure and the anger disappeared. I love food because it gives me joy. That feeling of satisfaction I get after eating of meal gives me a positive mindset. I understand myself so well that if I don't eat I will get distracted by a lot of things around me, I might even get angry by little things or words. When I was little I was fat, but growing up and experiencing had made me slim, but that does not stop my joy in eating. When I say food, am not talking about general foods, am talking about eating some specific type of foods.
Exercising and Sports
I am a kinesiologist by profession, so I love watching and engaging in sports. I see sport as my way of life. My love for sport is on a higher level. I watch sports almost every day. My favorite sport is Basketball and swimming. I know am not a full professional in playing these games but I enjoy doing this, and I also love and make friends with people who engage in these sports. I watch football, tennis, and other sports, especially with friends, and this kind of happiness in my life is unbeatable. We get to argue about our favorite and who is better. I also love exercising, it is Fun and a little pain-happiness to feel my physique developing into a Hot or attractive level.
Movies and Tvshows
Watching movies and TV shows is another source of happiness. Most times if I have a bad day, I get to put on my TV and play my favorite movie. Most times I prefer to watch comedy movies and funny TV shows, I don't like movies that spoil my mood. I also love to watch adventure and anime, this is one of my favorite types of movies. I love to watch movies because it relaxes my mind and strengthens my ethics and principles
Music
Music has the power to cheer me up and influence my mood. I have a playlist for different types of my emotions and feelings songs depending on my mood at that moment. I listen to more afro tunes, which are mostly happy and dancing music. Although I also listen to emotional and thoughtful songs.
Family and Friends
These are people I can run to when I am sad or feeling down emotionally. My parents will cheer me up even though they are not happy, all to make me happy and satisfied. My friends will make sure nothing takes away my happiness the same way I do for them. I love my family and this inner love for them gives me joy. The willingness and readiness to sacrifice anything for me to be happy goes a long mile. My friends, on the other hand, are the best I have in the world. I love them and their support motivates me to put in my best to support them also.
In conclusion, My love for movies, food, family, music, friends, and sports are what motivates me to be happy, because my emotions and feelings for them all are true. Life is all about sacrifice and struggles, but holding onto them is what gives me satisfaction and relief from the outside world and depression.
