El apego es lo peor que puede existir en el mundo puesto que nos hace totalmente prisioneros, es un total círculo vicioso emocional en el cual creemos sentirnos sin salida alguna cuando logramos experimentarlo y vivirlo en carne propia, cuando se tiene un apego afectivo ocurre una dependencia emocional, actualmente estoy pasando por esta terrible etapa, pero ciertamente tengo la respuesta en el interior de mi corazón y pensamientos, no es más que soltarme a la libertad de ya no seguir sumergida en todo esto, pero como el ser humano es masoquista y ama lo que realmente hace daño, la única afectada de todo esto soy yo por esa falta de madurez que hay dentro de mi.
Durante toda mi vida he lidiado con diferentes tipos de apegos, que me hacen sentirme totalmente decepcionada y cuando esto ocurre me siento con un espíritu de ira en mi, es totalmente difícil cuando nos hacemos falsas expectativas de las personas, pues si el peor en mi vida que he cometido es creer que las personas son buenas, cuando es totalmente real que no me encuentro en un mundo de fantasías, sino en un lugar que es totalmente cruel y que cuando golpea, lo hace muy duro, sin compasión, de nosotros depende el quedarnos mendigando falsas expectativas o alimentando falsas ilusiones que nunca serán.
Cuando era niña experimentaba el apego de una manera muy inocente puesto que pensaba que todo me pertenecia no tenía esa capacidad de compartir con nadie, no podía entregar mis tareas y actividades a la maestra porque para mi eso no estaba bien me sentía rara al entregarsela porque las quería tener conmigo, hasta que mi mamá me regaño y pude darme cuenta que eso era totalmente absurdo por completo, en ese tiempo el apego era por las cosas hasta que después al crecer fui experimentando ese apego pero con las personas, que es realmente el peor que existe sin duda alguna.
Lo cierto es que nada en la vida nos pertenece y no podemos seguir experimentando tantas emociones negativas producto de un apego, que no es más que nuestra culpa, el cual debemos dejar de victimizar por completo una de las grandes emociones que me aquejan es la tristeza ya pérdido la cuentas de tantas lágrimas que han caído de mis ojos gracias al apego, cuando se esta así el masoquismo hace de las suyas nos volvemos tan inferiores que perdemos la dignidad a pesar de que no tengan el mejor trato hacia nosotros resulta totalmente difícil realmente.
Lo cierto es que el apego es lo peor que nos puede ocurrir y debemos aprender a soltar por completo es un gran trabajo que lleva tiempo todo debe ser poco a poco, lo más importante es que podamos identificar esas emociones negativas y darle un nombre para que podamos salir de ese momento totalmente negativo, estoy tratando de reencontruirme poco a poco trabajar en mi para desprenderme del apego y lo más importante, es aceptar que esta mal buscar la solución, fortalecernos haciéndonos más fuertes, esto dentro de unos meses será una historia superada que contaré por aquí queridos amigos, si en este momento te encuentras pasando por lo mismo no estás sólo Dios te abraza en gran medida.

When I was a child I experienced attachment in a very innocent way because I thought that everything belonged to me, I didn't have the capacity to share with anyone, I couldn't give my homework and activities to the teacher because for me that wasn't right, I felt strange when I gave them to her because I wanted to have them with me, until my mother scolded me and I could realise that this was completely absurd, at that time the attachment was for things until I grew up experiencing this attachment but with people, which is really the worst attachment that exists without a doubt.
The truth is that nothing in life belongs to us and we cannot continue to experience so many negative emotions as a result of attachment, which is nothing more than our fault, which we must stop victimising completely.
