El tema del mes llego como anillo al dedo en esta semana, donde se suponía íbamos a tomarnos unos días de descanso de la rutina y las actividades extras, pero en fin este es otro relato para un próximo tema.

El aburrimiento aun cuando es una sensación de no querer hacer nada y que el tiempo se nos hace eterno, en los niños que están llenos de esa hiperactividad continua no es fácil de manejar, sin embargo, a pesar de ello particularmente yo le he sabido sacar provecho a estos bloques de tiempo en los cuales mi niña de 6 años me dice ¡Mami estoy aburrida! ¿Qué hago? Mi respuesta siempre ha sido la misma hija busca algo de provecho que hacer tú no puedes pasarte la vida en pensar en juegos y ver la televisión.

Cabe destacar que estos pequeños bloques ocurren casi a diario durante los famosos cortes eléctricos de 6 y hasta 8 horas sin el apreciado servicio eléctrico o en la hora de la siesta de sus otros dos hermanos y durante los cuales ella por algún motivo no tiene acceso a la Tablet o la televisión o simplemente ya ha pasado mucho tiempo en alguna de estas actividades y yo le digo que ya está bueno de tanto ocio y que se entretenga en algo que le aporte un aprendizaje sólido para su futuro, pues para nosotros como padres nuestra prioridad está enfocada en su educación.

Entonces es allí donde ella busca su cuaderno de actividades en casa e inicia por cuenta propia el desarrollo de actividades que previamente ha visto en sus clases y comienzan a retroalimentar sus conocimientos en literatura y matemática. Anteriormente cuando estaba iniciándose en la lectura pasaba con un libro de “Nacho “paseándose por toda la casa hasta que se cansó de leerlo y paso al de la “La culpa no es de la Vaca” y hasta sus libros de cuentos como el de “Alicia en el país de las maravillas” ya domina bastante la lectura y ahora está enfocada en la matemática. Estas son las 2 áreas en las que se ha enfocado actualmente.

Mientras que en matemática se enfoca en desarrollar algunas actividades como las divisiones y algo más, otro de sus pasatiempos es dibujar y no es que lo haga perfecto pero con tanta energía por gastar siempre tiene un plan B o C por desarrollar y sino ya la verán detrás de mí en la casa preguntándome ¡Mami! Y ahora ¿Qué hago? Y yo muy sutilmente solo me pregunto ¡Dios mío! Tuviera yo un poquito de esa energía que a ti te desborda hija mía no se busca en que jugar. En ocasiones me digo a si misma recuerda que es una niña y necesita tener en que entretenerse tenle paciencia, pero lo confieso eso se me olvida con mucha facilidad.
While in mathematics she focuses on developing some activities such as divisions and something else, another of her hobbies is drawing and it is not that she does it perfectly but with so much energy to spend she always has a plan B or C to develop and if not you will see her behind me in the house asking me Mommy! What do I do now? And I subtly ask myself: "My God! If I had a little bit of that energy that overflows you, my daughter, I don't know where to play. Sometimes I say to myself remember that she is a child and needs to have something to entertain herself with, but I confess that I forget that very easily.
La cuestión es que aun cuando ella este aburrida y no tenga una actividad que le proporcione un entretenimiento, ella misma se las ingenia para buscar desempeñar actividades que le ayuden a pasar ese tiempo sin servicio eléctrico que básicamente son los bloques más largos y en los cuales ella se desespera sin poder hacer nada y que más provechoso que retroalimentar el aprendizaje que viene adquiriendo.
The point is that even when she is bored and does not have an activity that provides her with entertainment, she herself manages to find activities to help her pass that time without electricity, which are basically the longest blocks and in which she despairs without being able to do anything, and what could be more profitable than feeding back the learning she has been acquiring.
Esto sin duda alguna es algo muy gratificante para nosotros como padres, pues nuestra pequeña princesa es muy aplicada y demuestra en cada momento la gran pasión que siente por sus estudios, pues con tan solo 6 años ella asiste a sus clases rutinarias en las escuelas durante la mañana y en las tardes de 4 a 6 está en tareas dirigidas y desde hace poco tiempo los fines de semana está asistiendo a un curso de inglés, todo ello por decisión propia, ya que siempre que hemos tomado una decisión con relación a su educación lo conversamos en familia y tomamos en cuenta su opinión de hecho quiere hacer un curso de guitarra pero no le hemos podio acordar un tiempo que se preste a su disposición.
This is undoubtedly something very gratifying for us as parents, because our little princess is very applied and demonstrates at every moment the great passion she feels for her studies, because with only 6 years old she attends her routine classes in schools during the morning and in the afternoons from 4 to 6 she is in directed tasks and since recently on weekends she is attending an English course, All of this by her own decision, since whenever we have made a decision regarding her education we have always discussed it with the family and taken her opinion into account. In fact, she wants to take a guitar course but we have not been able to agree on a time that is at her disposal.
Finalmente les quiero compartir que el aburrimiento puede ser utilizado a nuestro favor siempre y cuando lo podamos moldear según nuestras necesidades y gusto del momento, pues en ocasiones de verdad no tenemos la intensión y mucho menos las ganas de hacer algo, mientras que en muchas otras simplemente le podemos sacar una gran ventaja.
Finally I want to share with you that boredom can be used to our advantage as long as we can mold it according to our needs and taste of the moment, because sometimes we really do not have the intention and much less the desire to do something, while in many others we can simply take advantage of it.
