The story of human life will not be separated from the inner struggle. The longest journey is a journey within man himself, the fiercest and tiring battle is the battle with oneself, and the most honest and sweetest conversation is talking with oneself. The greatest sages and philosophers are even said to be prophets who are final in understanding the nature of themselves and life, they are born from solitude, their personalities are motivated by deep reflections, so it is not surprising that every teaching, thought, or way of life that abandoned by them is very influential and affects the life of mankind.
Humans are connected to experiences in the emotional dimension. As humans who are equipped with hearts and minds, we have both experienced grief, we have both experienced the pain of loss, we have both experienced joy and happiness, we have both experienced the bitterness of longing for a long time. We've both experienced the beauty of love, we've both experienced how love changes our personality, we're getting good at dressing up, we're getting good at using perfume, we've both felt a chaotic mind because we're nervous, we've both felt there at the lowest point, we have both felt pressured by work. We are one in the universe of humanity. I am you. I am you. We are the world.

Prophet Muhammad SAW taught that faith is in loving fellow human beings, Isa al-Masih once taught the relevance of the law of love to live together in various colors, Sidaharta Ghautama or the Buddha taught that we are the result of what we think, Prophet David once taught that God is closer to those who are heartbroken and broken in spirit.

Let's change our way of life, that wounds don't have to bleed, that pain doesn't have to be bruised, and that medicine doesn't have to be in pill or liquid form and we get it at the pharmacy. Smiling at people is medicine, throwing cool eyes is medicine, sharing is medicine, cycling in the afternoon is medicine, sunbathing in the morning is medicine, meditating in the third of the night is medicine, accepting oneself is medicine, forgiveness is medicine, listening to music is medicine, singing is medicine, writing is medicine, sleep is medicine.
