Hola querida comunidad, bendiciones para todos nuevamente con todos ustedes y quiero hablarles sobre el placer sentimiento que nos hace vivir complacida por momentos gratos y que nos llevan a sentirnos satisfechos con nosotros mismos, complaciendo nuestros gustos esos momentos que experimentamos al ver logros en vez de fracaso. Sin más preámbulo comparto con todos ustedes esos placeres que nos llenan, esos que la vida nos pone al frente para poder disfrutar de ellos para que nos deje una sensación increíble, porque precisamente eso es lo que hacen nuestra vida, dar placer, tranquilidad a lo que ya tenemos presente.

El placer es esa emoción o sensación de satisfacción que invade nuestro ser cuando llegamos a experimentarla, es cuando nos sentimos complacidos por esos sentimientos o momentos vividos los cuales son provocado gracias al placer, también podemos dar crédito de este sentimiento cuando se disfruta del mismo y nos sentimos bien. Cuando estamos felices y pasamos por experiencias que nos hacen sentir alegres, como escuchar música, cantar reír jugar igual sentimos placer al tener sexo, son muchas las cosas o las partes que sentimos este sentimiento, aunque no es tan menudo como otros, pero es muy conocido, así que siempre lo vamos a tener es nuestra vida, sinceramente el placer viene dado por otras emociones como amor, relajación, paz y tranquilidad, porque hasta para estar en nuestro máximo momento sentimos placer, igualmente con otros momentos que hacen de este el mejor, es por eso que cuando sentimos pacer lo mejor es poder experimentar sin miedo alguno el sentimiento dependiendo el momento y la situación.

Para llegar a sentirnos complacidos y generar felicidad primero tendríamos que tener salud, esta es una de mi mayor satisfacción la cual me llena 🌝 de placer el compartir con otras personas experiencias vividas, ayudarles a ver la vida de otra manera ver nuestro futuro y el de nuestros seres queridos asegurado, ver a mis hijos felices, mis nietos corretear, gritar o cuando nos cruzamos con personas agradables que llegan con mentes positivas, cuando vemos la atención o preocupación de parte de personas que ni conocemos, pero que están dispuestas a ayudarnos par vencer el miedo que nos aleja del placer. Muchas veces vemos el futuro con miedo y no somos capaces de enfrentarlo por temor a sentirnos tristes, entonces nuestra mente se bloquea y sentimos desfallecer, pero es en ese momento cuando vamos más allá de lo que sentimos y hacemos cosas que nos hacen sentir complacido y al mismo tiempo llenar ese placer que se ha generado, en pocas palabras, debemos hacer del placer un hito importante para avanzar en la vida ya que siempre lo vamos a necesitar dependiendo la situación.

Como estar satisfechos con nosotros mismos//To be satisfied with ourselves.
En la actualidad una de las primeras razones que tenemos que tener es sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos, tanto físico como mental ya que esto ayuda a tener una vida sana, los seres humanos llegamos a sentir placer cuando amamos perdonamos y nos perdonamos, cuando sentimos paz, cuando nuestra familia se preocupa por nosotros o cuando estamos con nuestra pareja sentimos ese placer, cuando el trato es agradable comprar, adquirir lo deseado es motivo de placer. Si llegamos a estar bien con nosotros mismos también lo estaremos con los demás, siempre habrá momentos donde no estemos complacidos totalmente, pero es importante saber que al fin y al cabo nos complacidos con lo que vivimos día a día, entonces es momento de vivir la vida con los máximos placeres y también con aquellos que son placeres culposos, esos también van en nuestra lista, así que si deseas hacerlo, lo haces y sentirás la libertad en tu vida y amor por haberlo hecho, la vida es una sola y debemos disfrutar.

El placer es sinónimo de alegría de felicidad de paz de vivir sanamente de compartir lo bueno y lo malo de no sentir temor al futuro, saber que todo en esta vida es vanidad que aprender a vivir con una mente clara genera emociones y sentimientos únicos que el placer nos ayuda a ser felices con uno mismo. Aprendamos a convivir con un corazón dispuesto a dar a compartir ya que el vivir así nos lleva a caminos llenos de felicidad.
