Four months ago, today, I introduced my creation of a Sovereign Wealth Fund for our evolving PEPT ecosystem.
A lot has happened in the world in last 4 months. A lot has happened on Hive with many challenges. As we continue on our wealth building journeys, it becomes more important that we best understand the people, places and things that have the greatest impact on achieving our community wealth objectives.
Now, I can get very complicated when needed but everything I do and believe is rooted in a simple philosophy and some core values. Core values, principles and beliefs that protect me from the ever increasing disinformation tactics imposed on us all. You can adopt the same.

On more than one occasion, here on Hive, I have been challenged by a Hiver who appeared to be living in a glass house and chooses to throw rocks. Not a wise thing to do and I see it happening all the time. Not just on Hive but everywhere. It's like there is no shortage of stupidity in the world. Why?

What do we know so far?
As you can see, I am very transparent about the things I say and do. I focus on the do part more than the say part. I have learnt in life that some people try to discredit others/actions and lose sight of their own questionable actions. For example,

I believe the feedback of the above mentioned Hiver has value. I am very skilled at extracting value from noise and entropy. Some noisy people mean well but if they are inherently reactive as oppose to adopting some form of proactive behaviour, they are often the cause of their own demise or project failure or at the very least, not able to extract the most value from their time and energy.
Long story short, I have no interest trying to get anyone to buy my tokens just so I can do what some call a Rug Pull.
The guy that suggested that my problem solving token looks like a Rug Pull is the guy that uses Hive reward system to pay Hivers that participate in what looks like a referral program for onboarding people to Hive. And using some fancy curation tactics you can reward some Hivers off the back of all Hivers. I am talking about Hivers with lots of HP that self vote and wants us to look the other way. Who is the real risk to the growth and success of Hive. A topic for another blog. I just ask that you give me a chance to work together to build trust and loyalty. Don't be fooled by the advice of an ill-informed Hiver.
Governance
Our SWF token is the first and only token where I have added staking. I plan on implementing more Hive functionality but I move slowly. I am part turtle. Have a look at my @fjism account.
My goal is to have PEPT community subscribers take control of the management and direction of PEPT Sovereign Wealth Fund. I will not give up control until I am confident in the process and tools required to support this directive. So I am all ears if you have experience and a willingness to work together for the benefit of token holders and all Hivers in our PEPT ecosystem.
Return On Capital
So far I have completed one ROC distribution to SWF holders. I have delayed the second distribution because of the need to move some funds and the fact that I am learning everyday and adjusting accordingly. I am committed to a Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).

Looking at the above table, ROC distribution is graduated. That means you receive the highest distribution based on a defined number of tokens staked. There is no ROC distribution based on non-staked tokens held.
I will be publishing a blog on this ROC graduated distribution. It is important to me that I publish what I did today to make sure the world knows exactly what I am doing and plan on doing.
Expect some market movement in our token trading while I complete my Market Marker Service. There are several PEPT system account activities that impact the price and volume so the next day or two, a strong support level will be established.
Now What?
1 - The first thing you should do is Buy/Stake SWF tokens if you have not done so yet.
2 - Support our PEPT ecosystem by subscribing to our PEPT community on Hive.
3 - Buy and hold at least one(1) PEPTide Value Added token.
Creating digital wealth starts by converting your effort and resources into measurable returns. SWF captures, manages and distributes resources created within our PEPT ecosystem. This means that SWF is becoming instrumental in providing resources to new and existing Hivers trying to succeed in a digital world. For example, SWF can delegate resources or provide some funding to Hivers getting started. I know I can come up with resources to add to the ecosystem and I am hoping other Hivers with extra resources can also contribute to the PEPT ecosystem. If your a Hiver getting started and need help, do not hesitate to reply with your request.
