Hoy quiero publicar mi primer post en esta comunidad, tenia muchas semanas pensando hacer un maquillaje inspirado en algo que me gustara, pero la verdad me fue un poco difícil hacerlo, por que no tenia maquillaje, pinturas corporales, lapices o sombras. Así que hoy por fin pude ir a comprar algunas cosas básicas para poder comenzar, y bueno aquí estoy, se que no soy el primer hombre que ha publicado un maquillaje :c quería ser el primero pero bueno, hoy me sumo a esta comunidad donde he visto makeups y cosplays increíbles.

Today I want to publish my first post in this community, I had many weeks thinking about doing a makeup inspired by something I liked, but the truth was a little difficult to do, because I had no makeup, body paint, pencils or shadows. So today I finally could go to buy some basic things to start, and well here I am, I know I'm not the first man who has published a makeup :c I wanted to be the first but well, today I join this community where I have seen incredible makeups and cosplays.
Mi maquillaje esta inspirando en guerreros Vikingos, ya que me gustan mucho estas series, como The last of kingdom o la historia que narra las hazañas de Ragnar y sus hijos llamada tal cual "Vikings", los vikingos solían hacerse maquillajes al momento de ir a la guerra, algunos se pintaban runas en el cuerpo y otros se pintaban la cara con los colores de sus escudos o banderas, esto era para que los dioses los bendijeran y los hacia lucir mas salvajes ante su enemigo. Cada vikingo se pintaba la cara de una manera distinta a los otros, así que para estos maquillajes no hay una sola forma, las figuras y formas eran escogidas por ellos y pintada de igual manera.
My makeup is inspired by Viking warriors, as I really like these series, as The last of kingdom or the story that tells the exploits of Ragnar and his sons called as "Vikings", the Vikings used to make up when going to war, some painted runes on the body and others painted their faces with the colors of their shields or flags, this was for the gods to bless them and made them look more savage to their enemy. Each Viking painted his face in a different way from the others, so for these make-ups there is not only one form, the figures and forms were chosen by them and painted in the same way.

Lo primero que hice fue colocarme base en la cara, le pedí ayuda a mi amiga @alexa.art por que la verdad no tenia la mas mínima idea de como comenzar. Al momento de comprar la base no tenia idea de que hay diferentes tonalidades, sin embargo la que escogí es parecida a mi color de piel.
The first thing I did was to put a base on my face, I asked my friend @alexa.art for help because the truth was I didn't have the slightest idea how to start. When I bought the base I had no idea that there are different shades, however the one I chose is similar to my skin color.
Quería darme una especie de sombra en los ojos, estilo Floki uno de los personajes, pero no tenia ningún lápiz, sombra o pincel para ayudarme así que improvise con un pequeño palillo. Y la verdad es que al momento de pintarme los parpados, cuando comencé a agregar la pintura, empece a llorar 😂 sinceramente no entiendo como hacen las mujeres para maquillarse los parpados con tanta facilidad.
He wanted to give me some kind of eye shadow, Floki style one of the characters, but he didn't have any pencil, shadow or brush to help me so I improvised with a small stick. And the truth is that at the moment of painting my eyelids, when I started to add the paint, I started to cry 😂 I honestly don't understand how women can make up their eyelids so easily.
Comencé a difuminar un poco la pintura pero no quedo como yo quería, en mi mente se veía mucho mejor, entonces recordé que muchos guerreros se pintaban toda la frente o una especie de mascara al rededor de los ojos, y decidí hacer lo mismo a ver que tal quedaba, al principio parecía el antifaz de batman pero luego le agregaría otros detalles.
I began to blur the paint a little but it didn't look like I wanted, in my mind it looked much better, then I remembered that many warriors painted their entire forehead or a kind of mask around their eyes, and I decided to do the same to see how it looked.
Tuve que añadir 2 capas de pintura para que se viera mejor y se notara la tonalidad oscura.
I had to add 2 layers of paint to make it look better and notice the dark shade.
Ahora con ayuda de unos palillos comencé a dibujar algunas lineas blancas paralelas, como simulando un zarpazo de un oso, ya que recordé una escena de una serie donde un vikingo tenia una cicatriz así en la cara.
Now with the help of some chopsticks I began to draw some parallel white lines, as if simulating a bear paw, since I remembered a scene from a series where a Viking had a scar like this on his face.
Por ultimo dibuje una runa sobre mi frente con la ayuda de un Hisopo, esta runa esta en el alfabeto rúnico con el nombre de Teiwaz, que significa guerrero, me decidí por esta ya que quería que mi aspecto el de un guerrero de élite.
Finally I drew a rune on my forehead with the help of a hyssop, this rune is in the runic alphabet with the name of Teiwaz, which means warrior, I decided on this one because I wanted my appearance to be that of an elite warrior.
De ultimo paso quería darme un destilo despeinado como el de los vikingos, y creí que añadiendo un poco de crema de peinar conseguiría esto, sin embargo la manera natural como mi cabello obtuvo forma no quedo tan mal.
As a last step I wanted to give myself a Viking-like disheveled style, and I thought that adding some styling cream would achieve this, however the natural way my hair got shaped didn't look so bad.
Y para finalizar, quería tomar una foto con alguna arma de guerra vikinga, y recordé que en casa teníamos un cuchillo antiguo con estuche, algunos vikingos o escuderas solían llevar uno de estos en casos de emergencia, en el momento que sus hachas se dañaran en batalla peleaban con cuchillo.
And to finish, I wanted to take a picture with some Viking war weapon, and I remembered that at home we had an old knife with a case, some Vikings or squires used to carry one of these in case of emergency, at the moment their axes were damaged in battle they fought with a knife.
Y así es como luce mi maquillaje al final de todo, debo reconocer que al principio fue frustrante 😂😂, pero luego fue divertido, sinceramente ahora entiendo por que las mujeres tardan tanto arreglándose antes de salir, maquillarse no es nada fácil, y eso que no utilice sombras ni otras cosas complicadas.
¿Me darías tu opinión y critica sobre esto?
And that's how my makeup looks at the end of it all, I must admit that at first it was frustrating 😂, but then it was fun, honestly now I understand why women take so long to get ready before they go out, makeup is not easy, and that's because I don't use shadows or other complicated things.
Would you give me your opinion and criticize this?
Pienso seguir haciendo los maquillajes de las iniciativas, y aquellos que me gusten, aunque es sumamente difícil grabar el proceso y maquillarte a la vez.
Intentare hace mi hermoso SubZero 😍, y otros maquillajes ya que @josehany tenia mucho tiempo animándome e invitándome a participar y por fin comencé.
I plan to continue doing the make-ups of the initiatives, and those that I like, although it is extremely difficult to record the process and make-up at the same time.
