La tecnología es sumamente necesaria para nuestro día a día. Es una herramienta clave a la hora de estudiar, trabajar, relacionarnos y en general, para comunicarnos con cualquier persona del mundo. Estoy hablando de esos dispositivos que envían y reciben señales y que nos mantienen conectados con el mundo externo, como teléfonos, computadoras, portátiles... En la actualidad es frecuente que las personas contemos con al menos uno de estos aparatos inteligentes, así sean teléfonos o computadores básicos pero que realmente cumplen con muchas de las características necesarias para lograr realizar un buen trabajo con ellos.
Technology is extremely necessary for our daily lives. It is a key tool when it comes to studying, working, interacting and, in general, communicating with anyone in the world. I am talking about those devices that send and receive signals and that keep us connected to the outside world, such as telephones, computers, laptops... Nowadays it is common for people to have at least one of these smart devices, even if they are basic phones or computers, but they really fulfill many of the necessary features to do a good job with them.
El asunto es que, en ocasiones, nos interesamos por ciertos dispositivos que puede que no sean tan necesarios o básicos para trabajar pero que nos dan un plus de satisfacción y confort, por ejemplo, pienso en CPU con luces de colores o en pantallas de gran tamaño (dispositivos que vemos típicamente en Gamers) o, en general, cualquier tipo de accesorio o complemento tecnológico que sea atractivo porque ofrece algo más allá de lo que tienen todos, bien sea por el color, la forma o el tamaño. Por ejemplo, audífonos, mouse o teclados con diseños particulares... Aparatos que nos ofrecen algo más allá de las funciones básicas, nos dan un plus de satisfacción visual o sensorial. Realmente no sé mucho de tecnología pero si estos aparatos están en el mercado y se venden es porque las personas ya hemos integrado la tecnología a nuestras vidas y ahora buscamos algo más... algo que se adapte a nuestro estilo, gustos y preferencias.
The thing is that, sometimes, we are interested in certain devices that may not be so necessary or basic to work but that give us a plus of satisfaction and comfort, for example, I think of CPUs with colored lights or large screens (devices that we typically see in Gamers) or, in general, any type of accessory or technological complement that is attractive because it offers something beyond what they all have, either by color, shape or size. For example, headphones, mice or keyboards with particular designs. Devices that offer us something beyond the basic functions, give us an extra visual or sensory satisfaction. I don't really know much about technology but if these devices are on the market and are sold it is because people have already integrated technology into our lives and now we are looking for something more... something that adapts to our style, likes and preferences.
Reflexioné acerca de esto cuando realicé mi última compra tecnológica: un teclado inalámbrico rosado😏💟. ¿Realmente era una necesidad sumamente necesaria? la respuesta corta es no! pero sí que lo quería. Este tipo de teclados tienen una estructura de máquina de escribir, lo que hace que sea muy satisfactorio escribir en ellos, tanto de forma táctil como auditiva. En cuanto al color, tenía la opción de escogerlo blanco o rosado pero me decidí por el segundo pues me parece que combina muy bien con el resto de detalles en mi oficina y con el forro protector rosado de mi ipad :)
I thought about this when I made my latest tech purchase: a pink wireless keyboard😏💟. Was it really an extremely necessary need? The short answer is no! but I did want it. These types of keyboards have a typewriter build, which makes them very satisfying to type on, both tactilely and aurally. As for the color, I had the option to choose white or pink but I decided for the second one as I think it matches very well with the rest of the details in my office and with the pink protective lining of my ipad :)
Lo compré en la tienda MINISO, una tienda china departamental. El costo fue un poco menos de 20$ y tuve que comprar pilas doble AA y utilizar una de ellas.
En cuanto a las especificaciones, las medidas son de 36.6 cm x 13,1 x 2,4 cm y el peso es de 354 gramos. Funciona con Windows 8, 10, Android 5.0 o superior, iOS13 o superior, macOS. El teclado tiene dos "paticas" en la parte de atrás como cualquier otro teclado las cuales nos permiten colocarlo en forma plana o elevarlo.
I bought it at MINISO, a Chinese department store. The cost was just under $20 and I had to buy double AA batteries and use one of them.
As for the specs, the measurements are 36.6 cm x 13.1 x 2.4 cm and the weight is 354 grams. It works with Windows 8, 10, Android 5.0 or higher, iOS13 or higher, macOS. The keyboard has two tabs on the back like any other keyboard which allow us to place it flat or elevate it.
Cuenta con 100 botones y la conexión a los dispositivos es a través de Blueetooh. Me parece genial el hecho de que prácticamente puede estar conectado a tres dispositivo al mismo tiempo, y puedo ir enlazando el teclado con cada uno de los dispositivos a través de la combinación FN+1, FN+2 y FN+3. En la parte superior se encuentran tres bombillitos que alumbran de acuerdo al FN que seleccionemos. En mi caso, conecté el teclado al Ipad y a mi Laptop y he podido trabajar con él por largos períodos de tiempo sin ningún inconveniente.
It has 100 buttons and the connection to devices is via Blueetooh. I find it great the fact that it can practically be connected to three devices at the same time, and I can link the keyboard with each of the devices through the combination FN+1, FN+2 and FN+3. In the upper part there are three little light bulbs that light up according to the FN that we select. In my case, I connected the keyboard to the Ipad and my laptop and I have been able to work with it for long periods of time without any inconvenience.
Con respecto a la usabilidad y conexión, funciona perfectamente. En el manual también nos especifican distintas combinaciones de teclas FN para disminuir o aumentar el volumen de la música, pausar, ubicar la página de inicio, etc... Las instrucciones indican que el teclado se apaga solo después de 10 minutos sin usar y recomiendan que lo apaguemos nosotros mismos una vez que dejemos de necesitarlo, pero yo no encontré ningún botón de apagado...
In terms of usability and connection, it works perfectly. The manual also specifies different combinations of FN keys to decrease or increase the volume of the music, pause, locate the home page, etc... The instructions indicate that the keyboard turns itself off after 10 minutes of non-use and recommend that we turn it off by ourselves once we no longer need it, but I did not find any off button...
En cuanto al teclado, todos los símbolos están incluidos ¡!¿?{}[]#$%&/()=+-*/.-_ incluso la letra Ñ y acabo de averiguar que el arroba @ se coloca igual que en mi portátil (alt+Q). En resumen, los símbolos se encuentran en el mismo lugar que en los teclados tradicionales que vienen incorporados en nuestras computadoras, sin embargo, lo confuso es que una parte de los símbolos dibujados en el teclado inalámbrico no coinciden con el símbolo que obtenemos al teclear, así que en ocasiones puede ser confuso.
As for the keyboard, all the symbols are included ¡!¿?{}[]#$%&/()=+-/.-_ even the letter Ñ and I just found out that the at sign @ is placed the same as on my laptop (alt+Q). In short, the symbols are in the same place as on the traditional keyboards that come built into our computers, however, the confusing thing is that a portion of the symbols drawn on the wireless keyboard do not match the symbol we get when typing, so it can be confusing at times

Realmente este es el primer "capricho" tecnológico que he comprado, quizás no sea tan necesario pero sí muy satisfactorio de usar, sobre todo cuando trabajo con mi Ipad, pues escribir en la pantalla táctil puede ser un poco incómodo después de varias horas de uso.
I wrote this post with my pink keyboard :). This is really the first technological "whim" I've bought, maybe not so necessary but very satisfying to use, especially when I work with my Ipad, because typing on the touch screen can be a bit uncomfortable after several hours of use.
