Un saludo para todos, Hivers, 3Speak y Hive Calisthenics. El día de hoy les presento de nuevo un video sobre el Reto Barbarians. Este video lo grabé hace un par de semanas y deseaba subirlo para dar a conocer mi avance en el reto; presentando mi avance en la técnica, y la mejora por el esfuerzo dedicado estos meses reflejado en el tiempo final.
Además de un nuevo post, también lo veo como un reflejo y un regreso a hive; esto lo digo debido a mi inactividad, que fue ocasionada por los recientes asuntos en mi país y falta de motivación por no poder ir a las barras. Espero que lo disfrute querido espectador.

El objetivo es completar el reto en menos de 5 minutos. En este vídeo hago un tiempo mucho menor que el último que intenté.

Greetings to all, Hivers, 3Speak and Hive Calisthenics. Today I present again a video about the Barbarians Challenge. I recorded this video a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to upload it to show my progress in the challenge; presenting my progress in the technique, and the improvement by the effort dedicated these months reflected in the final time.
In addition to a new post, I also see it as a reflection and a return to hive; I say this because of my inactivity, which was caused by the recent issues in my country and lack of motivation for not being able to go to the bars. I hope you enjoy it dear viewer.
