En esta ocasión, me complace presentar una publicación sencilla y sosegada para finalizar la semana. En los últimos días, he decidido dedicar más tiempo a estar junto a mis seres queridos. Visité a familiares y pasé momentos con amigos, disfrutando de cada instante a su lado. El fallecimiento de un amigo me ha llevado a reflexionar sobre la fugacidad de la vida y la importancia de aprovechar al máximo el tiempo que tenemos en este mundo, valorando especialmente los momentos compartidos con aquellos a quienes amamos.
On this occasion, I am pleased to present a simple and calm publication to end the week. In the last few days, I have decided to spend more time with my loved ones. I visited relatives and spent time with friends, enjoying every moment with them. The passing of a friend has led me to reflect on the transience of life and the importance of making the most of the time we have in this world, especially valuing the moments shared with those we love.
En cuanto a las técnicas, me siento muy satisfecho. Realmente se nota la diferencia entre mi estado anterior y actual. Anteriormente me resultaba difícil realizar ciertos ejercicios y sacarme fotos en plancha, hoy puedo hacerlo con mayor facilidad, lo que refleja que el entrenamiento está obteniendo resultados positivos.
In terms of techniques, I am very satisfied. You can really see the difference between my previous and current state. Previously it was difficult for me to perform certain exercises and take pictures of myself in plank, today I can do it more easily, which reflects that the training is getting positive results.
Quiero expresar mi gratitud a Alejandra, mi hermana, por haber capturado unas fotografías realmente hermosas. A pesar de que en ocasiones nuestra relación no es la mejor, en esta ocasión decidimos dejar de lado nuestras diferencias y trabajar juntos para lograr estas maravillosas imágenes.
I want to express my gratitude to Alejandra, my sister, for capturing some really beautiful photographs. Even though sometimes our relationship is not the best, this time we decided to put aside our differences and work together to achieve these wonderful images.
