Ya han pasado varias semanas luego de la luxacion de mi codo, y e ido mejorando bastante como no tienen una idea. Gracias a dios puedo hacer supras 180 tambien y hefestos sin ninguna molestia. Al principio si sentia mucha tension en el tendon del biceps para realizar hasta dominadas supinas pero e entrenado fuerte y e visto mucha mejorias en mi brazo. ❤️🩹🦾

En cuanto a trucos de vuelos puedo realizar mi free bien ya gracias a dios. Hoy en la tarde me toca entrenar freestyle un rato y vere como mi codo reaccióna a algunos trucos, pero la verdad ya me siento muy bien para realizar dinamicos. Intentare probar supras 500 algunos intentos de front flip regrab entre otros mas ojo siempre teniendo cuidado ante todo. ❤️🩹🦾
As for flying tricks, I can do my freestyle well now, thank God. This afternoon I have to train freestyle for a while and I'll see how my elbow reacts to some tricks, but the truth is I already feel very good to do dynamic ones. Ya contándoles mas a ustedes cómo ha sido mi mejoría en esta lesión, todos estos días e estado realizando muchos basicos de reforzamiento pero mayormente en el empuje. Esos ejercicios siempre han sido mi debilidad, pero igual le estoy dando fuerte para recuperarme al maximo nuevamente. Los ejercicios isometricos tambien me han ayudado muchisimo, especialmente con pesas ya que fortalezco mucho lo que son los músculos estabilizadores del codo, y gracias a esto puedo realizar mis hefestos nuevamente. ❤️🩹🦾❤️🔥
Now I'll tell you more about how my improvement has been with this injury. All these days I've been doing a lot of basic strengthening exercises, but mostly with pushing. Those exercises have always been my weakness, but I'm still working hard to recover as much as possible again. Isometric exercises have also helped me a lot, especially with weights, since I greatly strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the elbow, and thanks to this I can do my push-ups again. ❤️🩹🦾❤️🔥
Y bueno amigos, pronto les seguiré mostrando como seguira mejorando mi codo, porque tambien e estado yendo a un fisioterapeuta y la verdad se sienten buenas mejoras gracias a el. Pronto estare mas activo dentro de mi blog, ya que e estado mantenido ocupado con mi universidad y con la recuperación de mi lesion.
