🔥 Regaining focus and progress in calisthenics.
Hello, #Hive, #SWC, and everyone who enjoys calisthenics! I hope you're training consistently and making new progress every day in this incredible sport. Today I wanted to stop by to share a quick personal update and, in passing, tell you about my last training session. I was somewhat inactive for a while, as I was fully focused on an important commitment: my university thesis. It was weeks of hard work, dedication, and long hours of studying, but I was finally able to achieve that goal. Now that I'm finished with that phase, I'm fully focused on my training and continuing to advance my progress with calisthenics.
In this return, I decided to work on two key aspects: improving my static front lever with a supinated grip and strengthening my chest. For the front lever, I focused on progressions, starting with supinated advance pull-ups, paying close attention to technique and form with each repetition. I did three blocks, maintaining the correct posture and resting for three minutes between each set to recover properly. Then I added supine holds, seeking more control and stability in the position.
To round out the routine, I included some pushing work: dips and push-ups to strengthen my chest, doing 30 reps in three sets, with two-minute rests. This combination is helping me not only improve my front lever, but also gain strength and build a solid foundation to continue advancing in this sport.

I thank you for taking the time to read my post, I hope you like it and follow me for more.
