Un saludo amigos y compañeros, quiero compartirles el día de hoy el entrenamiento de hoy dónde hice ejercicio de front lever para mejorar la resistencia y poner tener un front sólido y así ir progresando poco a poco, no hay que acelerarse si no disfrutar el proceso todos queremos ser como muchos de los atletas que aparecen en redes sociales pero nadie ve el esfuerzo, dedicación y empeño que le dan al deporte,por eso hay que darle con calma
