I had trouble uploading the video the day I made it, but hey, here's the update on the challenge I'm following to get more pull-ups💪😎.... The day was a rest day, from work, college and training, something like this, normally on Saturdays I don't perform a routine per se, I just do a deep stretching session of the whole body and in conjunction with these stretches I practice a little static exercises, I share a little of this in the video (my dog has the starring role in minute 0: 43😂), so all this was the perfect warm up and stretching for the routine of more pull-ups, which unfortunately I only managed to record the last 6 prone pull-ups, in my defense I didn't go to the plaza (place where I normally train), and I didn't have anyone to help me record. It was time to start, as it says in the program for day three of block one I proceeded to do double the number of pull-ups of day one, but in command pull-ups, it would be 30, distributed in 15 on each side (not to overload more one arm than the other), they were difficult, not only the bicep hurt but also my round major (muscle that is located under the arm, almost in the armpit and related to the dorsal), I could also perform them in several batches as yesterday, but today my back was especially exhausted.
Continuing to the next exercise and after 3 minutes of rest, perform the number of pull-ups of day one but with 50% more repetitions, ie, day one were 15, 50% of 15 is 7. 5 (rounded to 8), that would be 23 prone pull-ups, I finished with a strong fatigue in my back, and I felt that they were the heaviest pull-ups I had ever done, and that taking into account that it is my rest day, with this I would finish the training for more pull-ups today, it is easier said than done, it was tiring but I could do it, can I continue doing pull-ups every day?
