Un saludo amigas y amigos de #SWC y #HIVE el d铆a de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de front lever de hoy en la ma帽ana. Con este entrenamiento realice mi primera sesi贸n del d铆a, una vez llegu茅 al gimnasio comienzo con la recuperaci贸n del hefesto y sus variantes, que les estar茅 compartiendo tambi茅n un post de eso. Duran 6 semanas estar茅 recuperando mi nivel perdido a causa de la inactividad, esto porque me he propuesto participar en la 煤ltima competici贸n del a帽o de parte de swc. Mis perdida de nivel en el front se ha notado en el elemento en si, pero en progresiones y dem谩s me sigo notando bastante c贸modo. Mi rutina comenz贸 con 2 series de 4 repeticiones de presses de half front lever, bastante c贸modo la verdad. C贸mo segundo ejercicio realice aguantes de tuck adv touch pero est谩 vez haciendo un agarre supino, realic茅 3 series de 10 segundos. Mi tercer ejercicio fueron pull ups de one leg, realice 3 series de 2 repeticiones pegando la barra a la cadera. Mi cuarto ejercicio fueron 4 series de pull ups de tuck adv en supino tambi茅n, llegando la cadera a la barra pude realizar 5 repeticiones. Mi 煤ltimo ejercicio fue una sola serie de aguante de half front lever al maximo pude realizar 8 segundos luego de la rutina. Bastante bien la verdad ahora toca entrenar hefesto en la tarde.

With this training I did my first session of the day, once I arrived at the gym I began with the recovery of the hephaestus and its variants, which I will also be sharing a post about that. For 6 weeks I will be recovering my level lost due to inactivity, this is because I have decided to participate in the last competition of the year from swc. My loss of level in the front has been noticed in the element itself, but in progressions and others I still feel quite comfortable. My routine began with 2 sets of 4 repetitions of half front lever presses, quite comfortable to be honest. As a second exercise, I performed tuck adv touch holds but this time doing a supine hold, I did 3 sets of 10 seconds. My third exercise was one leg pull ups, I performed 3 sets of 2 repetitions sticking the bar to the hip. My fourth exercise was 4 sets of supine adv tuck pull ups as well, reaching the hips to the bar I was able to perform 5 repetitions. My last exercise was a single resistance series of half front lever at the maximum I could do 8 seconds after the routine. Pretty good, the truth is, now it's time to train Hephaestus in the afternoon.
