Un saludo amigos y amigas de #Hive y #SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi pequeño entrenamiento en el cual quise comenzar a incluir nuevos elementos de jalón con un poco más de dificultad. Debo decir que llegué a dominar los elementos que muestro en esta publicación pero con una postura mala cosa que me llevo a muchas lesiones y frustraciones ya que entrenaba con poca inteligencia y eso me pasó factura. Uno de esos elementos es el front lever a una mano y también la pull up de front que la estoy mejorando.
Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my little training in which I wanted to start including new pull-up elements with a little more difficulty. I must say that I managed to master the elements that I show in this publication but with a bad posture, which led to many injuries and frustrations since I trained with little intelligence and that took its toll on me. One of those elements is the one-handed front lever and also the front pull up, which I am improving.
Mi Entrenamiento comenzó con bastantes series de hefesto y hefesto back lever, con pocas repeticiones entre serie y serie para así rendir más a lo largo del entrenamiento. Cuando finalice con el hefesto comencé con intentos de front lever a un brazo pero está vez en tuck, realice unas 3 series de aguantes y la verdad me note muy cómodo. Luego descanse y quise agregar un poco más de dificultad ya que el ejercicio anterior no supuso un reto, realice aguantes de front lever a un brazo pero está vez con la progresion one leg, acá si pude aguantar unos 5 segundos bien echos y en cusnto a series pude hacer 2. Luego en el front lever normal, solo realice 3 series de 1 dominada de front + press y 3 segundos de aguante. Y así concluyó mi entrenamiento.
My training began with quite a few sets of hephaestus and hephaestus back lever, with few repetitions between sets in order to perform better throughout the training. When I finished with the hephaestus I started with attempts at front lever with one arm but this time in tuck, I did about 3 sets of holds and I actually felt very comfortable. Then I rested and I wanted to add a little more difficulty since the previous exercise was not a challenge, I performed front lever holds with one arm but this time with the one leg progression, here I was able to hold on for about 5 seconds well done and as for series I was able to do 2. Then in the normal front lever, I only did 3 sets of 1 front pull-up + press and 3 seconds of hold. And so my training concluded.
