Hola amigos de #HIVE, #Liketu y #SWC. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi día en el gimnasio. Hoy fue un día bastante movido y mucha gente nueva se inscribió, hoy todos los instructores estuvimos en constante movimiento. En él área del box de CrossFit las clases estaban comenzando a dar inicio. Esta es una buena temporada para los gimnasios ya que el flujo de personas y nuevos ingresos es mayor. Quiero felicitar a todas esas personas que toman iniciativa para tener un cambio en sus vidas, consiguiendo buenos hábitos que beneficiarán nuestra salud en el futuro.
Hello friends of #HIVE, #Liketu and #SWC. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my day at the gym. Today was a very busy day and many new people signed up, today all the instructors were constantly moving. In the CrossFit box area, classes were beginning to start. This is a good season for gyms since the flow of people and new income is greater. I want to congratulate all those people who take the initiative to make a change in their lives, achieving good habits that will benefit our health in the future.
