Building Discipline Step by Step
Saludos cordiales a toda la comunidad de Hive, SWC y Liketu. Hoy les comparto algunas imágenes capturadas durante y después de nuestra sesión de piernas, una de las más retadoras pero también de las más gratificantes de la semana.
Estamos probando un nuevo enfoque en nuestra rutina: comenzar el día más temprano. Hemos decidido levantarnos a las 6 AM para entrenar en el gimnasio antes de que el día comience por completo. Esta decisión ha sido un reto mental y físico, pero creemos que es una forma efectiva de fortalecer no solo el cuerpo, sino también la disciplina. Hoy, como cada martes, trabajamos la parte inferior del cuerpo. Con cada repetición sentimos que nuestro cuerpo se adapta mejor. Aunque al principio fue difícil volver al ritmo del gimnasio, la memoria muscular ha hecho su parte, y en solo unas semanas ya vemos grandes avances. No solo se trata de fuerza física, también hemos ganado energía para el resto del día. Y cuando miramos atrás, notamos que gran parte del progreso se debe al compromiso constante y a mantenernos firmes en nuestros hábitos. Today, I’m sharing a few photos taken during and after our leg workout—one of the toughest but most rewarding sessions of the week.
We’ve started trying something new: waking up earlier to train. Setting the alarm for 6 AM and heading to the gym has been a test of both our bodies and minds. But we believe this change is helping us grow not just physically, but mentally too. As we usually do on Tuesdays, we focused on leg day. Each workout feels more fluid, and despite the challenge of getting back into rhythm, muscle memory has worked in our favor. Just a few weeks in, and progress is already clear. This isn’t just about strength. We feel more energized and productive throughout the day. Looking back, it’s evident that dedication and consistency have been the foundation of this growth.
