No Time to Train, but Always Active in the Community
Un cordial saludo a todos mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de Hive, SWC y Liketu. Es un verdadero placer poder compartir con ustedes una vez más. Hoy, les traigo una pequeña sesión fotográfica que realicé en mi lugar de trabajo. Lamentablemente, no pude entrenar hoy debido a que me encontré bastante ocupado con mis responsabilidades laborales. De hecho, mientras escribo estas palabras, sigo en plena jornada de trabajo, y parece que no saldré temprano del restaurante.
Aunque no pueda entrenar, me aseguré de seguir activo en la comunidad, compartiendo con todos ustedes a través de estas fotos, ya que no quiero perder la conexión con los demás miembros del Street Workout Community. A pesar de las circunstancias, siempre trato de mantenerme involucrado, porque sé que la motivación y el apoyo mutuo son esenciales para seguir creciendo en este deporte que tanto amamos. Aunque hoy no haya podido dedicarme al entrenamiento físico como quisiera, me comprometo a seguir luchando por mis metas y, a pesar de los desafíos diarios, a continuar aprendiendo y creciendo en cada aspecto del Street Workout. Esta es solo una pausa momentánea, porque mañana estaré de regreso con más energía para seguir entrenando y mejorando cada día. Sin más que agregar, me despido por ahora, pero prometo regresar pronto con más contenido, más energía y más logros que compartir con todos ustedes. ¡Nos vemos en la próxima publicación! A big hello to all Hive friends and the SWC community. Today I want to share with you a little reflection on my day.
Today was a really complicated day, both mentally and physically, due to a series of problems that came my way. As usual, I got up at 7 am to do my household chores, but the headache and general malaise were so intense that I was unable to do many of the things I had planned. I decided to stay in bed for a while longer to rest as much as I could, knowing that I had to go to work at 9 a.m., an hour earlier than usual, since the restaurant had many reservations for that day and I had to be well prepared before receiving the customers. Once at work, the diners began to arrive to enjoy their Christmas lunches. Despite being unwell, I tried to minimize physical exertion as much as possible, avoiding lifting too much weight, as doing so intensified the headache and made it practically unbearable. In order to keep going, I took two pills, which allowed me to continue working despite the discomfort.Hours passed and, although my body was still a bit tired, the headache slowly began to ease as the day wore on. As the afternoon progressed, more people arrived and a few more Christmas dinners, but with all the hustle and bustle of running around, carrying dishes and serving customers, the physical discomfort began to subside. Thank God, there was nothing new during the day and everything went smoothly.At the end of my workday, I came home and took some pictures, a sort of souvenir of the day, still wearing my work clothes, exhausted but satisfied that I had fulfilled my responsibilities. As the afternoon progressed, more people arrived and a few more Christmas dinners, but with all the hustle and bustle of running around, carrying dishes and serving customers, the physical discomfort subsided. Thank God, there was nothing new during the day and everything went smoothly. At the end of my workday, I came home and took some pictures, a sort of souvenir of the day, still wearing my work clothes, exhausted but satisfied that I had fulfilled my responsibilities. Reflecting on all that I experienced today, I realize that sometimes days don't go the way you expect them to and physical or mental discomfort can make us think about giving up. However, it is in those moments that we really discover our resilience.Life tests us, but, in the end, what matters is not what happens to us, but how we respond to the difficulties.Today, despite everything, I was able to keep going and end the day with a sense of accomplishment. Even though I can't workout, I made sure to stay active in the community, sharing with all of you through these photos, as I don't want to lose the connection with the other members of the Street Workout Community. Despite the circumstances, I always try to stay involved, because I know that motivation and mutual support are essential to keep growing in this sport we love so much. Although today I have not been able to dedicate myself to fitness as much as I would like, I pledge to keep fighting for my goals and, despite the daily challenges, to continue learning and growing in every aspect of Street Workout. This is just a momentary pause, because tomorrow I will be back with more energy to keep training and improving every day. With nothing more to add, I'll say goodbye for now, but I promise to be back soon with more content, more energy and more accomplishments to share with you all. See you in the next post!
