Estoy en un punto de mi entrenamiento donde decidí *unir dos mundos que me apasionan: el trabajo con pesas del gimnasio y la disciplina del *Street Workout. Aunque puede parecer una combinación complicada, estoy convencido de que ambos estilos se complementan si se aplican de forma inteligente.
Uno de los mayores retos que he encontrado es el aumento de masa muscular que genera el gym, lo que puede dificultar ciertos movimientos de calistenia que requieren ligereza. Pero en lugar de verlo como un obstáculo, lo estoy usando como una oportunidad para llevar mi fuerza a otro nivel.
Mi estrategia es clara: alterno entrenamientos funcionales con mi propio peso corporal y rutinas intensas de fuerza con máquinas y pesas. Siempre entreno al límite, buscando el fallo muscular, porque ese es el terreno donde realmente ocurre el crecimiento.
El objetivo final es lograr que mi cuerpo se sienta más liviano en cada movimiento, aumentar la resistencia, el control y, por supuesto, la potencia. Estoy comprometido con este método mixto y poco a poco voy notando resultados que me motivan a seguir.

I'm at a point in my training where I decided to *combine two worlds I’m passionate about: weight training at the gym and the discipline of *Street Workout. While it may seem like a tough mix, I’m convinced both styles complement each other when applied smartly.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is the *muscle mass gain from gym workouts, which can make certain calisthenics moves more difficult since they require lightness. But instead of seeing it as a problem, I’m using it as an opportunity to *take my strength to the next level.
My strategy is simple: I alternate between functional bodyweight training and intense strength routines with machines and weights. I always train to the limit, pushing to muscle failure—because that’s where real growth happens.
The ultimate goal is to make my body feel lighter with every movement, to increase my endurance, control, and of course, power. I’m fully committed to this mixed method, and little by little I’m noticing results that keep me motivated to continue.
