Resurgiendo de mis dos días de descansos, para empezar mi primer día de entrenamiento en la semana, ósea, ayer, martes (24 de septiembre 2024).
Al desocuparme, fui y llegué al parque de barras, a las 5:50 pm aproximadamente, salude a los brothers que se encontraban en el momento, especialmente de algunos que tenía más de una semana sin verle las carras. Luego de los preparativos físicos, empecé con este entrenamiento, que en este caso fue enfocado a combos de variantes isocéntricos de "Front lever" y algunos de "Full planche", y claro, al asegurarme de que haya sanado lo suficiente la muñeca, regrese practicar combos de dinámicos o también llamado "Freestyle".
Las dos primeras series fueron de prueba de aguante de "Full planche" y "Front lever" o como también solemos algunas veces solemos llamarle en inglés "hold", en donde mostré mejoras en "Full planche" sumando un par de segundos más que la última vez. Luego de ello procedí con los combos de dinámicos en la barra alta, con trucos como los "swing 360". A pesar de ser básicos, me siento bien de volver a hacerlas, teniendo la certeza de que, poco a poco, iré recuperando otros trucos y de retomar algunos que estuve aprendiendo. De hecho sin querer hice un truco que nos pareció gracioso, tipo en plan, "se ve raro, pero no caí de forma épica" jajaja.
Luego del momento de "Freestyle", hice combos de ejercicios isométricos enfocados a "Front lever" como había mencionado, terminando así con el entrenamiento a las 8:40 pm y de allí directamente a mi casa.
Este entreno no fue tan extenso o exigente, teniendo en cuenta de que fue mi primer día, por lo que sería precuela física para el día siguiente.

Resurfacing from my two days off, to start my first day of training for the week, that is, yesterday, Tuesday (September 24, 2024).
When I got off work, I went and arrived at the barbell park, at about 5:50 pm, I greeted the brothers who were at the time, especially some who had more than a week without seeing the faces. After the physical preparations, I started with this training, which in this case was focused on isocentric variant combos of "Front lever" and some of "Full planche", and of course, to ensure that I have sufficiently healed the wrist, I returned to practice dynamic combos or also called "Freestyle".
The first two sets were the "Full planche" and "Front lever" or as we sometimes call "hold", where I showed improvements in "Full planche" adding a couple of seconds more than the last time. After that I proceeded with the dynamic combos on the high bar, with tricks like the "swing 360". Even though they are basic, it feels good to do them again, knowing that, little by little, I'll be recovering other tricks and taking up again some that I've been learning. I actually inadvertently did a trick that we thought was funny, kind of like, "it looks weird, but I didn't fall in an epic way" hahaha.
After the "Freestyle" moment, I did isometric exercise combos focused on "Front lever" as I had mentioned, thus ending the workout at 8:40 pm and from there directly to my house.
This training was not so extensive or demanding, considering that it was my first day, so it would be a physical prequel for the next day.
