Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en este post les traigo un video un entrenamiento de plancha y poco más. Aquí fue error mío por el hecho de que no he tenido tiempo de editar y como tenia este contenido pendiente por subir preferí apresurarme con esto. Como pueden ver el entrenamiento consistió en algunos mini combos de plancha, porque aún no he probado hacer combos más largos con estos trucos o estáticos, pero luego lo haré y se los traeré. En fin, también realice algunos intentos de la One arm flag, y bueno es más que obvio que es un truco nuevo q aún me falta por comprender. Pero espero que les guste, sin más, hasta luego.
Hello people of #Hive and #SWC, in this post I bring you a video of a plank workout and little more. Here it was my mistake due to the fact that I haven't had time to edit and as I had this content pending to upload I preferred to hurry with this. As you can see the workout consisted of some mini plancha combos, because I haven't tried to do longer combos with these tricks or statics yet, but I will do it later and bring them to you. Anyway, I also made some attempts of the One arm flag, and well it's more than obvious that it's a new trick that I still need to understand.
