Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Hola gente,cómo están? Espero que estén muy bien y que hayan tenido un buen día yo me encuentro muy bien gracias a Dios, en esta publicación les voy a contar que hice hoy viernes en mi 5to día de mi semana de descarga y digamos que el último porque los sábados y domingos yo no entreno así que digamos que hoy viernes es mi último día de descarga, bueno hoy hice un intento de stradlle planch más unos aguantes de front y unos ejercicios de empuje, también aproveché para que mi amigo @kleys-sw para que me diera unos consejos y me corrigiera algunas cosas que no hago tan bien, y si me dió muy buenos consejos para seguir avanzando con mi front lever del resto solo fue echar broma y tomarnos algunas fotos, también quiero aprovechar de comentar sobre lo que tengo pensando hacer mañana, mañana va a ver un evento una geekfest es un evento con ambientación de anime y tengo pensando ir mañana con unos amigos y tomarnos fotos ya que a nosotros nos gusta mucho el anime, pienso sacarme algunas fotos haciendo unos estáticos claro si el entorno me da chance porque el evento lo van a hacer en un centro comercial entonces no sé si voy a tener alguna parte donde pueda hacer algún estático y más que en esos eventos van muchas personas y tampoco me gustaría caer y golpear a alguien por accidente
