









Espero que estén muy bien y que hayan tenido un excelente y productivo dÃa. Yo estoy bien, gracias a Dios, aunque ando bastante cansado. Hoy estuve muy ocupado, pero por lo menos ya estoy descansando.
Antes de hablarles de lo que entrené hoy, les contaré un poco sobre lo que hice durante el dÃa. Me levanté temprano para salir a trotar y, después, salà a comprar con un amigo. Estuvimos buscando unos rollos de luces LED, entre otras cosas. Luego, ayudé a mi papá en casa a pelar unas paredes.
Al rato, después de arreglarme, fui a la casa de un amigo para ayudarle a hacer una maqueta. Posteriormente, me fui a entrenar. Sin embargo, hoy no pude entrenar muy bien, ya que estaba algo fatigado y con dolor de cabeza. Aún asÃ, hice lo que pude.
Hoy me concentré en hacer principalmente intentos, ya que querÃa practicar el 360. Sin embargo, me duelen los callos que me rompà el domingo, asà que decidà dejarlo asÃ. Me puse a hacer ejercicios estáticos; empecé con unos combos y, básicamente, me la pasé haciendo combos durante todo el entrenamiento.
También hice unos pocos básicos de plancha. Realicé 3 series de 2 preses en Tuck, luego 3 series de 4 push-ups en Tuck y terminé con 3 series de 6 flexiones en pino. Además, me ayudaron a sacar el back lever a un brazo. No está pulido ni nada, pero lo pude lograr. Ahora solo me queda practicarlo y limpiarlo.

I hope you are doing well and that you’ve had an excellent and productive day. I’m good, thank God, although I’m quite tired. I was very busy today, but at least I’m resting now.
Before I talk about my workout today, let me tell you a bit about what I did during the day. I woke up early to go jogging, and afterward, I went shopping with a friend. We were looking for some LED light rolls, among other things. Then, I helped my dad at home to strip some walls.
Later, after getting ready, I went to a friend’s house to help him make a model. After that, I went to train. However, I couldn’t train very well today since I was a bit fatigued and had a headache. Still, I did what I could.
Today, I focused mainly on attempts because I wanted to practice the 360. However, my calluses from Sunday are sore, so I decided to leave it at that. I started doing static exercises; I began with some combos and, basically, spent the entire workout doing combos.
I also did a few basic planche exercises. I did 3 sets of 2 Tuck presses, then 3 sets of 4 Tuck push-ups, and finished with 3 sets of 6 pike push-ups. Additionally, I was helped to perform the back lever on one arm. It’s not polished or anything, but I managed to do it. Now I just need to practice it and refine it.
