Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! El día de ayer se celebro el cumpleaños de mi gran amigo @miguelitog1856 en la casa de su abuela, también se encontraba mi amigo @maikol-sw y la verdad que fue una buena reunión, la pasamos super bien, en lo que iba de reunión tomamos un tiempo para hacer calistenia un rato ya que no podían faltar los combos de cumpleaños, y bueno en verdad pae un buen rato con mis amigos, y también mi novia. Está semana volvemos con los entrenamientos y les seguiré compartiendo fotografías 💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! Yesterday was celebrated the birthday of my great friend @miguelitog1856 in his grandmother's house, my friend @maikol-sw was also there and the truth is that it was a good meeting, we had a great time, during the meeting we took some time to do calisthenics for a while because we could not miss the birthday combos, and well really have a good time with my friends, and also my girlfriend. This week we go back to training and I will continue sharing pictures with you 💪🏽.
