Que consistiría en dar 1600 metros trotando seguidamente de eso realizar 75 dominadas las realice en 10 en 10 manteniendo un ritmo controlado para no fatigarme rápido después de eso realice 150 flexiones en 20 en 20 me costaron un poco por la fatiga que ya tenia, pero las pude realizar con comodidad luego realice 170 sentadillas se suponía que eran 225 y los 1600 metros de nuevo, pero era todo el circuito en 50 minutos y no llegué a completarlo.
It consisted of 1600 meters jogging followed by 75 pull-ups, which I did in 10 by 10, keeping a controlled pace so as not to get tired quickly. After that, I did 150 push-ups in 20 by 20, which cost me a little because of the fatigue I already had, but I could do them comfortably, then I did 170 squats, which were supposed to be 225 and the 1600 meters again, but it was the whole circuit in 50 minutes and I didn't complete it.
