Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi rutina de Front Lever del dĂa de hoy. Primero comencĂ© calentando de costumbres, todas mis articulaciones, realizando algunos estáticos, para luego, asĂ, dar comienzo a la rutina.

Primero comencé haciendo máximo de aguante en Front Lever, unas 3 series. Luego, realicé negativa de Half de Front Lever+aguante en Tuck avance. Luego, realicé 3 series de press en Half de Front Lever+aguante en Tuck de Front Lever. Por último, realicé 3 series de repeticiones en tuck avance de Front Lever+aguante en Tuck avance de Front Lever.

Mientras entrenaba, me comenzĂł a doler la muñeca nuevamente, pero, era un dolor soportable, el cual, me permitiĂł seguir entrenando. A pesar de mi dolor, seguĂ entrenando, con las prevenciones adecuadas, cĂłmo lo son las muñecas, y, evitando malas posiciones de la muñeca. Fue muy bueno el entrenamiento de hoy, siempre manteniendo la constancia y disciplina cada dĂa.
