En el día de hoy compartiré con ustedes una rutina de empuje que realicé el día viernes en el parque, como llevaba toda esta semana sin entrenar empuje de manera específica, ya que me dedique a entrenar un poco más front lever, así que preferí hacer un poco de plancha, estaba algo cansado del día anterior, porque había entrenado piernas con un circuito bastante fuerte, lo cual estaba algo agotado de energía.
Warm greetings to the whole Hive and Street Workout community! I hope you guys are all doing great. Today I'll share with you a push up routine that I did on Friday in the park, as I hadn't been training push ups specifically this week, since I was training a bit more front lever, so I preferred to do some plank, I was a bit tired from the previous day, because I had trained legs with a pretty strong circuit, so I was a bit depleted of energy.
Sin embargo, eso no fue un obstáculo para entrenar en el parque, más bien aquí actuó mi disciplina. No tenía ánimos ni ganas de entrenar, no había motivación de por medio. Esto es algo que le puede pasar a cualquier atleta, sea avanzado o no. Esto es algo relativamente muy normal, habrá días en que estaremos muy motivados a la hora de entrenar, mientras que otros días serán cuestión de tu disciplina y la obsesión que tengas en este deporte. Ahí es donde viene la pregunta del millón: ¿te obsesiona este deporte? Luego de la disciplina, vendrá la obsesión.
However, this was not an obstacle to training in the park, but rather my discipline. I didn't feel like training, I didn't feel like training, there was no motivation. This is something that can happen to any athlete, advanced or not. This is a relatively normal thing, there will be days when we will be very motivated when training, while other days will be a matter of your discipline and the obsession you have in this sport. This is where the million dollar question comes in: are you obsessed with the sport? After discipline comes obsession.
Como les comentaba, estaba realizando una rutina de empuje, la cual era específicamente de plancha. Como primer ejercicio, fue la v-sit junto a 6 segundos de aguante de tuck avanzado. Luego, como segundo ejercicio, tocaba aguantar 30 segundos seguidos de 5 push-ups en lean planche. Fue algo cansado en esta parte de la rutina. Como último ejercicio de la rutina, fueron handstand push-ups, los cuales hice 5 repeticiones por 3 series. ¿Qué les parece la rutina? Los leo en los comentarios, chicos.
As I mentioned, I was doing a push-up routine, which was specifically a plank. The first exercise was the v-sit along with 6 seconds of advanced tuck hold. Then, as the second exercise, it was the 30 second hold followed by 5 push-ups in lean planche. It was a bit tiring in this part of the routine. The last exercise of the routine was handstand push-ups, which I did 5 reps for 3 sets. What do you think of the routine? I'll read you in the comments, guys.
