Pero también análisis serios mientras jugamos, debates sobre narrativa, mecánicas, cultura gamer. Momentos bizarros con amigos, sin filtros, donde se dicen cosas que si las sacás de contexto, parecerían barbaridades. Pero justamente, el chiste está en entender el contexto, en saber cuándo es humor y cuándo no.

Cada tanto, charlas íntimas de desarrollo personal. No desde un pedestal, sino como un amigo que te dice: “che, a mí me pasó esto… capaz te sirve”. Hablaremos de inteligencia emocional, responsabilidad afectiva, madurez comunicacional, cómo regular las emociones y no explotar por pavadas.

Well, I've been told that many times. What I think, how I say it, my way of seeing technology, video games, life... couldn't be limited to coffee chats or endless WhatsApp messages with friends. I had to record it, share it, show it.

And for various reasons—the typical lack of time, excuses, work, commitments, fear of exposing myself, you name it—I didn't do it. Until one day, I looked in the mirror and said: “Sergio, enough. It's today.”

And that's how this space was born.

📌 Who am I?

My name is Sergio, they call me Checho, and in this space you'll find me as S3rMaX.

I'm not an influencer, nor a coach I'm not here to tell you that 'if you follow these 5 steps you'll become a millionaire.' I'm not trying to change your life either. What I'm looking for is to share mine with you: my ideas, my reflections, my departures, my laughs, and my mistakes, because all of that has its value too.

I'm from Mendoza, Argentina, right next to Santiago de Chile, and I'm about to turn the age of Christ (33).

📌 Why technology, video games, and personal development?

My thing is attraction. A fascination with how humans managed to go from lighting fires with stones to creating interactive digital worlds, virtual realities, and artificial intelligences that can compose music or tell you what TV show to watch.

Since I was a kid, I took things apart and put them together to see how they worked. I went through technical schools, mechanical workshops, and technical services, until I studied video game development at the engineering school in my province and ended up working in technology for the US market. All because I'm driven by the idea of ​​seeing how we evolve as a species.

And just as I'm interested in how technology evolves, I'm intrigued by how we evolve as people. Because if we don't learn to understand ourselves, regulate our emotions, have our own judgment, and not be puppets of an agenda or a fad, then no matter how much technology we have, we'll still be empty.

📌 My biggest challenge (and why it taught me so much)

Entering the US tech market as a kid from Argentina who started building PCs and taking things apart in the garage was a huge challenge. Not only because of the competition, but because we had to fight it, improve day by day, and keep a cool head.

I learned that perseverance, discipline, and patience are non-negotiable. That there are no real shortcuts. And if you're going to do something, do it well or don't do it at all.

📌 My Philosophy of Life
