Spreading around Listnerds love
As many of you already noticed when I shared other people's content, I'm all for lifting people up and showing them the power of the Listnerds community. Because people that have been sleeping on Listnerds until today, are missing out. I'm very happy that I managed to get a few new people on board of my team recently as we have a great team spirit. There's always room for more people though. We are a friendly bunch that is willing to help each other as well. Something that I've been planning for a few weeks now is to create a curation comement to let authors know that I read their content & that I shared it on Listnerds for them.
Notifying the author
While I've been sharing plenty of great content by others until now, I usually just left a simple comment "shared on Listnerds", I didn't even add the ref link most of the time but I realized this is a missed opportunity as this author is a potential new team member. Last week @amirtheawesome1 already published a post about the topic, and I decided to act upon this by creating an image with the Listnerds referral link embedded.
Above you can see an example of the image used in a comment to a post that I shared on Listnerds. It's nothing flashy or anything, but the message is clear and when someone decides to sign up, they use my referral link.
Higher success-rate than I expected
I've used it a handful of times tops, and I already recruited 2 or 3 new team members by doing so. One is questionable as the funny coincindence was there that I left the curation comment while @amirtheawesome1 was promoting our team on a promotion show at the same time. How are the odds? So this may have been his doing not the curation comment. Still, for the few times that I left it somewhere, I find the success-rate very high! Higher than I expected when I started using it.
Joining our team is a smart move
You can try to move mountains on your own, but if you have a team supporting you, things are much easier. I have been working on my projects by myself for the past years mostly. With some exceptions, where I happened to team up.
I get an enormous boost of energy reading my team member's enthusiastic comments and noticing that they are truly happy that they were confident enough to try joining Listnerds when they did. None of the active ones has regret it so far. We are here to help you, and support you, and yes, if we think you can improve somewhere, we will point that out in a friendly way by throwing some links your way.
And did you know that I'm giving away an NFT from @stickupboys in a few weeks? Active team member will receive tickets to enter the raffle. Read the linked post for the details.
You are the key to your succes!
Currently, you can already find a lot of answers going through my already published guides, more are added weekly. I'm going to cover it all, and trying to add 1 or 2 each week at least. Please always first read them as eventually YOU are the one person that's responsible for your succes. We can guide you and hand you tips all we want, it's you that has to act upon it!
