It's been a long time since I last did a breathing exercise (by a Wim Hof recipe). Months ago it was a morning routine. Now I will do my best to repeat and upgrade these days.
I was quite surprised that on third retention period I managed to hold it for over three minutes. Good, I didn't loose everything, apparently, in the time o breathing neglect.
Now, the only way is up. Go longer, go deeper, ice baths included!
