That is why in my daily diet I am very attentive to the amount of protein I consume and today at home for lunch I prepared some pork chops with vegetables.

Es por ello, que en mi dieta diaria tengo muy al pendiente la cantidad de proteína que consumo y hoy en casa para nuestro almuerzo preparé unas chuletas de cerdo con vegetales.
