That sounds like an awesome way to start the day, fresh bread and pastries from three different bakeries! I’ve done something similar before when I was on the hunt for the best sourdough in my area. It’s interesting to notice how the use of different commercial ovenscan really change the texture and crust of the bread. Some spots get that perfect crunch, while others keep it soft and chewy.
