Being a mom means you have to be creative. The other one likes this while the other likes another. So I always have to be flexible. Today let me share how I make a simple recipe that I guess many of you have tried already at home.
In my home this actually is our ultimate favorite, spam and eggs. Spam is actually quiet pricey but its still worth it coz it wouldn't go to waste. One thing you have to learn when your a mom is to not buy food that you know your kids won't appreciate. So once in a while spoil them a little.
A can of spam is actually too much for us so what I do since I slice them I keep the rest and put it in the fridge. Today I wanna share how I make spam and eggs at home. Since my kids have different taste buds so I have to make spam and eggs differently for each of them.
Spam and Egg
Ingredients
- 1 can of spam(sliced)
- 1 egg
- Cooking Oil
Procedure
- Put egg in your sliced spam. Make sure to be able to put egg all over your spam.
- Make sure that the cooking oil is heated and put your spam.
- Wait for it to turn brownish and its ready. Serve hot and share.
Ingredients
- Spam(crushed)
- 2 eggs
- Cooking Oil
Procedure
- Heat the cooking oil, while waiting crush your spam.
- Add (2) two eggs and mix them properly.
- Once the cooking oil is ready use a spoon or anything to scoop your mixture.
- When it turns brown flip it and then transfer in a plate and serve.
Now you have two ways of cooking Spam and Eggs. You may enjoy it either ways, in my case I had to cook it that way at the same time. Let's eat, but don't forget to serve it with white rice. Enjoy!!
Sharing food has always given me an amazing feeling, as a kid I love cooking at home for my family. My mom would give me instructions on what to do and I cook, it was always fun for me seeing that they appreciate the food I make. Now being a mom and being able to serve the food that they love is more rewarding. Everytime I hear them say Thank you for a delicious meal Ma, just gives me a full heart. Simple thank you to your mom for preparing a meal is enough to make your mom happy. You may see her do those things everyday but every meal she prepares takes time to prepare.
