Today i will share my recipe for cooking a food menu called Special Spicy Vermicelli Noodle With Garnish for my family Iftar, which recipe is very easy and simple to get and the results will be delicious and spicy based on our taste.
I usually make this food menu because the ingredients and the way to make it are quite simple. Besides that, the food is very suitable for you to serve at breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family.
These are the ingredients that we must prepare to make Special Spicy Vermicelli Noodle With Garnish :
- Vermicelli Noodle
- Carrots
- Onion Leaf
- Cabbage
- Soy Sauce
- Onion
- Garlic
- Red Chili Pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Salt
- Mini Meatballs
After the ingredients above have been prepared, then we will go to how to make this food menu :
The first step is to open the vermicelli noodles from the packaging and then soak them in warm water for a while this aims to make the vermicelli noodles clean and hygienic.
After that, soak the red chilies, cabbage, carrots and onion leaf, garlic, mini meatballs into warm water to keep them clean and hygienic. Then cut each of these ingredients into several parts like the photo above and dont forget Peel the skin of the onion and garlic then grind it.
Drain the vermicelli noodles that have been soaked earlier, then pour the soy sauce into the noodles little by little and stir until the vermicelli noodles are well mixed with the soy sauce.
Put the minced garlic and onion into the pan to fry, then add a little salt and oyster sauce into it. After that stir until half cooked (about 3 minutes). Then put the carrots, onion leaves, red chilies and cabbage, mini meatballs that have been we cut into pan.
Finally, enter the vermicelli noodles that have been mixed with soy sauce before into the pan and stir until all the ingredients and the vermicelli noodles are well mixed, wait until cooked (5-7 minutes).
Once cooked, remove the food into a plate or bowl to serve. The photo above is a Special Spicy Vermicelli Noodle With Garnish that is ready to be served and eaten.
