Hola hola querida comunidad de hive y foodies, espero se encuentren super bien, no he estado tan activa los últimos meses. Y me disculpo pero entre una cosa y otra más diplomados y guardias no he tenido tanto chance, sin embargo nuevamente estoy aquí. Esta vez con una receta súper fácil y práctica y un delicioso postre que compartir con todos los miembros de casa. De hecho la preparación es tan sencilla que puedes tener ayuda de los más pequeños de la casa y sería una manera agradable de despejar la mente y pasar tiempo de calidad con ellos, ahora sin más preámbulos hablamos de esta deliciosa preparación, se trata de una torta fría, que podría considerarse marquesa, echa con pocos ingredientes 6 en total (de los cuales 1 es opcional), poco tiempo de preparación y al extremo deliciosa.

And I apologize but between one thing and another more graduates and guards I haven't had that much chance, however I'm here again. This time with a super easy and practical recipe and a delicious dessert to share with all the members of the house. In fact, the preparation is so simple that you can have help from the little ones in the house and it would be a nice way to clear your mind and spend quality time with them, now without further ado we talk about this delicious preparation, it is a cake cold, which could be considered marquise, made with few ingredients, 6 in total (of which 1 is optional), little preparation time and extremely delicious.
¹. 1 Paquete de galletas maría.
². 340 gr De leche condensada.
³. 230 gr De queso crema.
⁴. 72 gr De pudin (de tu preferencia, en mi caso amo el chocolate por tanto use este).
⁵. 20 ml De Ron (opcional, un excelente ingredientes para compartir con amistades, obviar si es para los pequeños de la casa).
⁶. 80 ml De leche.
Ingredients:
¹. 1 Package of Maria biscuits.
². 340 gr of condensed milk.
³. 230 gr of cream cheese.
⁴. 72 gr of pudding (your preference, in my case I love chocolate so I used this one).
⁵. 20 ml of rum (optional, an excellent ingredient to share with friends, ignore if it is for the little ones in the house).
⁶. 80 ml of milk.
En 1er lugar:
Debemos preparar el pudin, lo hacemos de la siguiente manera, vertemos dos tazas de leche en una cacerola a fuego lento, agregamos el pudin y revolvemos hasta ver que toma una consistencia espesa. (Dejamos reposar).
In the 1st place we must prepare the pudding, we do it as follows, we pour two cups of milk into a saucepan over low heat, add the pudding and stir until we see that it takes a thick consistency. (Let rest).
Seguidamente, en un bol agregamos unos 10 ml de leche, que usamos para remojar las galletas maria. (Aquí agregamos un poco se ron así las galletas tomarán el sabor del mismo).
Del mismo modo tomamos un refractario y agregamos una fina capa de leche condensada de fondo.
Next, in a bowl we add about 10 ml of milk, which we use to soak the Maria biscuits. (Here we add a bit of rum so the cookies will take on the flavor of it).

Con las galletas previamente remojadas, hacemos una primera capa, que posteriormente cubriremos con una capa del pudin que teníamos reposando.
Como tercera capa vamos a tomar el queso crema y el resto de la leche condensada y con la ayuda de una batidora, batimos hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea, y wuala aquí la tercera capa de nuestro delicioso postre.
With the previously soaked cookies, we make a first layer, which we will later cover with a layer of the pudding that we had resting on.
As a third layer we are going to take the cream cheese and the rest of the condensed milk and with the help of a mixer, we beat until we get a homogeneous mixture, and here is the third layer of our delicious dessert.
Seguidamente hacemos cuantas capas nos alcance de galletas, pudin y queso crema. Todo dependerá de lo grande o pequeño de nuestro paire.
Por último y como toque final, trituramos las galletas maría restantes y agregamos en la cubierta. Dejamos por unos 20 minutos en el refri para que nuestras capas se compacten y listo ya tenemos nuestro delicioso y muy refrescante postre. Ideal para estos días de calor!
Next we make as many layers as we can of cookies, pudding and cream cheese. Everything will depend on how big or small our paire is.
Finally and as a final touch, we crush the remaining Maria biscuits and add them to the cover. We leave for about 20 minutes in the fridge so that our layers are compacted and ready we already have our delicious and very refreshing dessert. Ideal for these hot days!
