Good day everyone, today i am so excited to share my first time recipe , you the preparation of a simple chicken curry for any occasion.
without further a do, let's begin.
There are several ingredients that need to be prepared.
I like spicy food, so I added extra chili. but if you don't really like spicy food, you just simply replace it.
Ingredients
- Chicken wing
- Coconut Milk
- Salt
- pepper
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Tumeric
- Red Onion
- Garlic
- Coriander seeds
- Spring Onion
The first thing I do is peeling red onion, garlic,tumeric and washed them. Put it into food processor to make paste from it add pinch of salt & papper . The paste will be cooked with chicken later , stir-fry to give intense flavor . slice carrots and put it together lastly.
After all ingridients mixed in food proccesor , this is how it looks.
because it still contains a lot of water, stir-fry slowly until the water content evaporates. it tooks 5 minutes to ready . Turmeric and coriander give a distinctive aroma when stir-fried. it makes me hungry
while waiting for the ingredients to cook. I prepared the chicken to be boiled. The point is to cook the chicken so that when it is mixed all the ingredients are cooked well.
for the chicken, just simply give pinch of salt and boiled for at least 15 minutes.
when everything done . Put it together in the pan and mix it well. keep heat slow to prevent burn and make sure all the spices seep into the chicken.
Add coconut milk and put medium heat until it boils . Lastly put carrots, cover the pan and cook for 7 minutes until the carrots are tender.
Serve with spring onion to give nice persentation.
