I hope you have received this year 2022 in the best possible way, and I sincerely wish that all your resolutions and goals are fulfilled.
This time I bring you a recipe for super fluffy and delicious pancakes. The flour I used for the preparation of these pancakes was one of the recognized Venezuelan brand called "Nucita" I bought it thinking that the flour would have a chocolate flavor or something similar, since this same brand "Nucita" is related to create chocolate bars, or chocolate spreads, in short its main focus of attraction of its products is the delicious taste of Venezuelan chocolate, so that's why I thought that Nucita flour would have some chocolate flavor.
But as you can imagine; in fact the flour was of normal flavor and there was nothing out of the ordinary, which I was quite disappointed because I felt a little cheated; then, reading the instructions for the preparation of the mixture, I realized that at least if you save some things such as: milk, sugar and butter.
And the only thing we will need for the preparation of the mixture will be:
- 1/2kg of wheat flour.
- 2 eggs.
- And a cup and a half of water.
And the main trick to make your pancakes super fluffy is that instead of beating all these ingredients by hand, we will do it with the help of a blender, this will be faster, easier and more practical.
After we see that the mixture is well beaten and without lumps, we place the mixture in a cup. The griddle or frying pan, first must be with flat surfaces; without dents, this so that the pancakes are cooked evenly and second should be on low heat and low, this to prevent the mixture from overcooking and burning, and what we want is that our pancakes are golden brown similar to those that appear in movies or TV shows.
Finally we serve and I accompanied it with a bath of condensed milk.

Espero que hayan recibido este año 2022 de la mejor manera posible, y de todo corazón deseo que todos sus propósitos y metas se cumplan.
En esta ocasión les traigo una receta de panquecas súper esponjosas y deliciosas. La harina que utilicé para la preparación de estas panquecas fue una de la reconocida marca venezolana llamada “Nucita” la compré pensando que la harina tendría un sabor a chocolate o a algo parecido, ya que esta misma marca “Nucita” está relacionada con crear barras de chocolate, o crema para untar de chocolate, en pocas palabras su mayor foco de atracción de sus productos es el delicioso sabor del chocolate venezolano, entonces por eso pensé que la harina de Nucita tendría algún sabor a chocolate.
Pero como ya se estarán imaginando; en efecto la harina era de sabor normal y no había nada fuera de lo normal lo cual me decepcioné bastante porque me sentí algo estafado; luego, leyendo las instrucciones de la preparación de la mezcla, me di cuenta que al menos si te ahorras algunas cosas como por ejemplo: La leche, azúcar y mantequilla.
Y lo único que necesitaremos para la preparación de la mezcla será:
_ 1/2kg de harina de trigo.
_ 2 huevos.
_ Y taza y media de agua.
Y el principal truco para que tus panquecas queden súper esponjosas es que; en vez de batir todos esos ingredientes a mano, lo haremos con la ayuda de una licuadora, esto te será más rápido, fácil y practico.
Luego de que veamos que la mezcla esté bien batida y sin grumos, colocamos la mezcla en una taza. Y para cocinar y que queden en su punto perfecto; La plancha o sartén, primero deben ser con superficies planas; sin abolladuras, esto para que las panquecas queden cocidas uniformemente y segundo debe estar a fuego lento y bajo, esto para evitar que la mezcla se cocine de mas y se queme, y lo que buscamos es que nuestras panquecas queden doraditas parecidas a las de la que salen en películas o programas de televisión.
Por último servimos y yo lo acompañé con un baño de leche condensada.
