Today I wasn't being too strict about what I eat. So I had boiled tofu with sesame seeds oil and also chopped leeks. I also eat chicken for the protein with a bit of rice.
For snacks I had two chicken pau which was something I craved for a while.
Then for dinner I cooked mashed potato with sweet potato on top of lettuce and also chicken. I also added an egg and the mashed potato contains milk and also butter.
Despite I did rigorous exercises, the food was filling and kept me from hunger. I also don't take sugar and stick with unsweetened tea and also coffee. I can not live without coffee so they are still part of my journey.
Day 1 was hard. It was hard for me to pick up my bag and go to the gym. My mental health isn't at its best so it was a struggle that I had to go to gym and moves on. Afterall, I want to transform my life from a loser into something better. I am giving it 3 months and even if the result is small, I am okay with that.
In the mean time, I am also humbling myself down and just work. Maybe just maybe in September or october I can finally get back to programming school that I always wanted.
