This time I'm going to make Mozzarella Corndog. Like before, I've made corndogs with sausage in them. But this time I'm going to make the mozzarella version. I make sure you will like it.
Let's make it!
Ingredients
- 200 gr flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Water as needed
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients then mix together.
Step 2
After being mixed, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Once smooth, cover the dough and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 4
Prepare the mozzarella with a stick, make as drawn.
Step 5
Wrap the mozzarella with the dough that has been allowed to stand, cover tightly so that the mozzarella does not leak.
Step 6
Coat with breadcrumbs, then fry until browned.
Once cooked, add the chili sauce and mayonnaise. Mozarella Corndog ready to serve.
