
Hi coffee lovers...
Last time I've told about new variant coffee, that was Coffee with Dates. Now I have new variant coffee again. It's not my original recipes cause I have ever seen this variant in one of popular caffe's menu.
It's called Coffee Wedang.
Coffee Wedang is the new variant coffee with ginger and palm sugar. I think it's the breakthrough for enjoy coffee with traditional spices.
To make Coffee Wedang is very easy. It isn't taking long time to make to.
Let's get it!
Coffee Wedang


- 100 - 200 gram of coffee powder
- 100 gram of milk powder.
- 100 grams of palm sugar
- Ginger, according your taste.
This is the main ingredients of Coffee Wedang. You can skip the milk of you want to enjoying coffee without milk. Or you can use your favorite milk, don't have to milk powder like I done.
Okay now we have to start!

Wash the ginger and hit the ginger. Then boil the ginger and palm sugar with 100 ml water. Then leave it!

After the ginger and plum sugar boiled, brew coffee together with milk.
Now you can enjoying your coffee wedang.
Ginger have strong taste so you needs milk to neutralize it!
