En Venezuela existe una tradici贸n en Semana Santa de hacer dulces criollos; para hoy les hice este dulce y delicioso "Arroz con Coco y Tres Leches", sabroso y que le gusta a la familia. Siempre es bueno compartir y ver los rostros de satisfacci贸n al comer esta delicia. Aqu铆 mi receta y preparaci贸n. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

In Venezuela there is a tradition during Holy Week of making Creole sweets; for today I made you this sweet and delicious "Rice with Coconut and Three Milk", tasty and that the family likes. It is always good to share and see the faces of satisfaction when eating this delicacy. Here my recipe and preparation. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- 1 coco, 1 taza de arroz blanco, 1 lata de leche condensada, 1 taza de leche en polvo, 1 cajita de crema de leche, 1 taza de melado de papel贸n, 1 cucharada de canela en polvo, 1 litro de agua.
- 1 coconut, 1 cup of white rice, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup of powdered milk, 1 box of heavy cream, 1 cup of syrup, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 1 liter of water.

- Llevar al fuego el arroz con el agua por 15 minutos.
- Heat the rice with the water for 15 minutes.
- Sacar el agua del coco.
- Get the water out of the coconut.
- Abrir el coco y cortarlo en trocitos.
- Open the coconut and cut it into small pieces.
- Para facilitar sacar el coco de la concha se coloca en la hornilla de la cocina por 3 minutos.
- To make it easier to remove the coconut from the shell, place it on the kitchen burner for 3 minutes.
- Licuar el coco con el agua de coco.
- Blend the coconut with the coconut water.
- Agregar el coco licuado al arroz.
- Add the blended coconut to the rice.
- A帽adir el melado de papel贸n y mezclar.
- Add the honeydew syrup and mix.
- Agregar la leche condensada.
- Add the condensed milk.
- Agregar la crema de leche.
- Add the cream.
- Batir la leche en polvo con media taza de agua y agregar.
- Beat the powdered milk with half a cup of water and add.
- Incorporar los clavitos dulces.
- Add the sweet nails.
- Rociar con la canela.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Dejar enfriar y servir.
- Let cool and serve.
