- 1 bulbo de hinojo, 200 grs de carne de res molida, 1/2 pimentón rojo, 2 cebollas, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 diente de ajo, sal al gusto, aceite y salsa de soya.
- 1 fennel bulb, 200 g ground beef, 1/2 red bell pepper, 2 onions, 1 sprig of chives, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste, oil and soy sauce.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos el pimentón rojo, el hinojo, ajo, cebolla y cebollín.
- Wash and cut the red bell pepper, fennel, garlic, onion and chives into small pieces.
- Calentamos el sartén con un chorrito de aceite a fuego medio y agregamos el ajo, cebolla y cebollín.

- Agregamos el pimentón y la carne molida.

- Agregamos la sal y salsa de soya y mezclamos.
