El día de hoy preparé de almuerzo un "Lagarto con Hueso en Salsa Verde"; también esta parte de la carne de res se conoce como "Osobuco". posee cartílagos, tuétanos y su sabor es increíble. La combinación de los ingredientes con la carne la hace más deliciosa al paladar, una comida muy nutritiva. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 3 trozos de lagarto con hueso, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ramito de cebollín, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 ramito de ajoporro, 1 ramito de cilantro, adobo, aceite, agua.
- 3 pieces of Shank for Soup or Stew with Bone, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of leek, 1 sprig of coriander, dressing, oil, water.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos el tomate, la cebolla, cebollín, ajoporro, cilantro, pimentón, ajos.

- En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite y colocamos los ajos y cebolla a sofreír por 3 min a fuego medio.
