Sacando provecho de las mismas conchas que nos quedo del durazno en almíbar, vamos con la segunda receta. Se trata de un delicioso manjar para disfrutarlo en familia.

- Con la mezcla de las conchas previamente licuadas, separar una taza y disolver 1 cucharada de fécula de maíz por cada dos taza de fruta.
- With the previously blended shell mixture, separate one cup and dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch for every two cups of fruit.
- En una olla colocar el resto de fruta licuada y añadir la fécula de maíz disuelta.
- Place the rest of the blended fruit in a pot and add the dissolved corn starch.
- Llevar al fuego removiendo constantemente.
- Bring to the fire stirring constantly.
- Agregar la azúcar al gusto sin dejar de remover.
- Add the sugar to taste while stirring.
- Añadir canela en polvo.
- Add cinnamon powder.
- Seguir removiendo hasta que espese y haga burbujas.
- Keep stirring until thick and bubbly.
- Verter en un molde previamente aceitado y refrigerar por lo menos 1 hora.
- Pour into a previously oiled mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Retiramos del refrigerador.
- Remove from the refrigerator.
