Me encantan las sopas de cualquier manera que se preparen, y si sólo tenemos de ingredientes arroz y vegetales no hay problema, igual queda sabrosa, el que le da el sabor es el sofrito, ese es el secreto para que esta sopa quede tan sabrosa, una sopa clásica para comer en bajas temperaturas o para curar el catarro. - 1 taza de arroz, 2 ajíes dulces, 2 dientes de ajo, 1 zanahoria, 2 pedazos de apio, 1 pedazo de auyama, 1 pedazo de ocumo, 4 papas, 1 ramito de cebollín, 1 ramito de ajo porro, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1/2 cebolla, adobo, sal al gusto, aceite de oliva, agua.
- 1 cup of rice, 2 sweet peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 2 pieces of celery root, 1 piece of pumpkin, 1 piece of yam, 4 potatoes, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of leek garlic, 1 sprig of coriander, 1/2 onion, dressing, salt to taste, olive oil, water.

- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en trozos las papas, apio, zanahoria, auyama y ocumo.
- We wash, peel and cut the potatoes, celery, carrot, pumpkin and yam into pieces.
- Agregamos suficiente agua a la olla, hervimos y cocinamos las verduras a fuego alto por 15 min.
- Add enough water to the pot, bring to a boil and cook the vegetables over high heat for 15 min.
- Cortamos los aliños: Ajos, cebollín, ajíes dulces, cebolla, ajoporro y cilantro.
- We cut the dressings: Garlic, chives, sweet peppers, onion, leek and coriander.
- Añadimos aceite de oliva al sartén, agregamos ajo y cebolla, sofreímos por 3 min a fuego medio.
- Add olive oil to the pan, add garlic and onion, fry for 3 min over medium heat.
- Incorporamos los demás aliños, mezclamos y sofreímos por 3 min más. Reservamos.
- Add the other dressings, mix and fry for 3 more minutes. We reserve.
- Espolvoreamos sal al gusto, adobo y añadimos la taza de arroz y cocinamos hasta que ablande.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste, dreesing and add the cup of rice and cook until softened.
- Agregamos el sofrito y mezclamos.
- Add the stir-fry and mix.
- Y por último añadimos el cilantro cortadito en trocitos.
- And finally we add the chopped coriander.
- Tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 5 min y apagamos. Dejamos reposar.
- Cover and let cook for 5 min and turn off. Let rest.
