The previous week, I was mentioning how I am struggling and adjusting. Now I am already adjusted to my current sleeping schedule and also my new eating window.
This week, I am dealing with different issues and this post will be talking about it.
The fourth week has been my trial mode finding out what really works. Since I switched my sleeping schedule, it has been quite a challenge to balance everything. I sleep earlier and also wake up earlier. It is a bit strange but I love this current schedule. However, this week is also the week I don't control my calories at all.
I did not fill out my notebook and stopped tracking everything. I also had way too many sugar than I should have. I generally only take about 16gr sugar a day and probably with about additional 20gr sugar a day. I try to minimize my sugar intake but this fourth week was quite a challenge. I had way too much sugar than I should and ate food shouldn't. Strangely, I don't experience acid reflux anymore. As of now, my current eating window is from 7 AM-3 PM and I fast from 3 PM to 7AM.
Did you lose any weight?
My weight stays at where I first lost it. So i suppose you can keep off 6 pounds weight loss in a month.
I have been constantly working out and walking outside for at least 30 minutes a day. So that's a progress. The only time I didn't do any workout is when my mood rippled down and I got a trouble due some banking shit.
This fourth week was full of unhealthy meals that I don't normally eat. But, I am also glad to say that some days, I just eat one meal a day. I also no longer do any stress eating even when I wanted to. I am fairly confident with my current intermittent fasting progress. I will still be doing it until I reach my weight goal no matter how long it takes.
