Though most people love to stay connected with people. But there are many who feels really uncomfortable about it. But think, how our life would be if we don't live a social life? We have to for a different purpose, even someone doesn't want to. There's no way someone can go away and live happily without having a good social life.
Feeling unsure and anxious about meeting people, communicating with them is called social anxiety. Nowadays, people are making this normal. But that will not help us anyway. We have to go for work, for other purposes; so we need to learn how to be social.

So the best way to reduce our social anxiety and maintain a good work life is, improving our social skills. If you are still thinking you can do better without those skills, you are living in a fool's world.
