You are an incredibly powerful being. Are you aware of this fact? Are you aware you have the power to control how awesome your day will turn out?

If you had any such reaction, then this post is written very much for you.
We create are reality every day starting from the moment we open our eyes. If your first thought on waking is a negative one, your whole day will be tainted and effected by this. If you think it is going to be a bad day. it will be. If you think nobody loves you, then nobody will love you because you are creating an aura of negativity and sure enough everyone in your vicinity will feel it. ( See how powerful you are already?)
If you want a positive, happy, rewarding day, then it is very important to begin with positivity from the first moment you open your eyes, before you get out of bed - begin your day with gratitude. Take just a moment or two and realize you are grateful to the space that allowed you the luxury of sleep.
Then tell yourself this is going to be a really awesome day. ( it is not necessarily your business to know WHY or HOW it will be awesome, you do not know the future in such detail but saying so, makes it so. )
“Today is going to be awesome”
“ Today is going to be SO good”
As you lay there and repeat these sentences a few times allow your body to stretch itself. Stretch your feet forward and backwards, stretch your legs forwards and then bend them up to your chest for a moment, then relax them. Make circular motions with your feet, clockwise then anti clockwise a few times.
Stretch your arms up above your body and make circulating figure of eight motions with your hands a few times. Stretch your neck forwards, backwards and slow circular motions a few times.
All the while telling yourself what a great day it is going to be.
This only takes a few minutes to do from start to finish.
Now you are ready to get up. If you have a routine in front of a mirror, putting on makeup or shaving, use this time to power up with some straight in the eye affirmations.
“ I can achieve whatever I desire. ”
“ I am strong, powerful and in control.”
“ Nothing can stop me succeeding.”
“ I am beautiful and emanate love.”
If you eat breakfast or take a drink ......
take a moment of gratitude for that food and drink - for the people who helped grow those foodstuffs and to the sunshine and rain that allowed it to grow for you.
If you are a parent,
Take a minute to greet your children with a loving word or gesture, a smile, a hug.
Prepare their breakfast with love and care knowing you are
If they are off to school wish them a good, successful day before they leave.
If you have an animal in the house,
Take a moment and connect with it, stroke them, give them a moment of love, tell them how you love and appreciate their spirit and thank them for gracing your life with their presence.
If you are getting ready to go to work,
As you open the door to leave, turn and thank your home for giving you refuge and comfort.
Just incorporating these simple thoughts and gestures into your morning routine will create the very best environment to attract good vibes, good things, good health and happiness. You have all the power necessary within you to create the day and the life you desire and deserve.
